  Have been coming to the area for 25 years and this rental takes the prize. I don't want to say too much lauding this cottage, or I will have a difficult time rerenting it. I have rented several different situations beachside before, but everything came together at this beach bungalow,-- bright and cheery, open space, every amenity, safe and quiet street close to the ocean, excellent owners who are eager to please, great long term neighbors, et.al.

  The house, the beach, the community, everything was better than expected. Everyting you need is there. Trish, the owner, could not have been easier to talk to, very nice. The house is very "homey", the family kinda reconnected. The house has games to play in the evening along with flashlights for ghost crab hunting on the beach in the dark. We had so much fun ! The beach is fantastic, never crowded. In fact the closest we saw other people was about 100 yds away. There would be the passers by, but nobody ever set up by us. If you want a busy beach, Daytona beach is just 15 minutes away. There is a major grocery store 2 block away and a ton of really nice and interesting resturants right in the neighborhood. We have been home 2 months and are ready to go back. We would highly recommend this property.

  We love this beach cottage and have celebrated many anniversaries here - it is quaint, quiet and so peaceful. Highly recommend it!!

  My wife and I have gotten away many times here and it's a beach lover's Shangri-la. It's close to everything yet you feel as if you are "away from it all". Most relaxing and peaceful. you simply can't go wrong! Thank you!

  We spent from mid-December 2011 to mid-March 2012 at the cottage. It is a lovely spot with the most beautiful ocean view from the open living area, especially from the big dining room table. The cottage is light and airy and well-appointed and stocked for a short or long visit. Trish was a very attentive and responsive host. She made sure that our visit was going well and did everything possible to make certain that we were comfortable in her vacation home. We would whole-heartedly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who is seeking a lovely beach location which is both private, but also close to many amenities.

  We couldn't have chosen a better property on the atlantic seaside! Family areas were spacious with a beckoning view of the ocean! Kitchen had everything imaginably needed along with a new washer and dryer! Beds were very comfortable with ceiling fans in every room (to include family areas). Everything in the home was comfortable and there were lots of things handy to keep the place free from the sandy seashore fun. There isn't a person young or old that wouldn't find this home away from home enchanting. Lovely neighbors and very convenient eateries and shops as needed. We loved our stay!

  This was a fabulous rental!!!!! Nicely decorated, very well maintained and COMFORTABLE!!!!! So wonderful to not have to bring shampoo, soap, laundry detergent or pillows and blankets. The pillows were fluffy too. Swim suits, toothbrush and toothpaste were all we needed. Didn't even need to pack towels as there were plenty there! The kids loved the freedom to get to the beach in 30 seconds and run back to use the potty or get a snack !!! A must visit !!! Great location too. Publix is just across the street and over a few blocks. We will visit again!

  My husband and I just spent the month of November at this charming beach cottage. I have stayed in many places but none as well equipped as this one. The description given by the owner in VRBO is absolutely on point. We didn't need anything but food to eat and our clothes. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient to everything. Trish was a wonderful hostess. We truly felt welcome and at home. We would recommend this to anyone and so would our corgi. Kathy

  This Beachhouse has very special meaning to me...and my new husband. We stayed AND got married there, two weeks ago (July, 2007). Yes, the path leads right down to the beach, where we got married in the sunrise with a minister, and a few family members present. Dolphins even jumped in the backround to show their delight for our union...then, 6 glorious days in this romantic, beautifully equipped beachhouse! We both even learned how to boogie board with the boards available in the garage! We walked along the beach in sunrise and sunset, not a care in the world. The quiet, private neighborhood, the scenery, (pelicans, ships, palm trees, sand crabs, etc), the amenities...made the price and the stay more than we could have ever hoped for.
