This is a brand new condo complex sitting right on Lake Conroe.
The resort has just opened up restaurants overlooking the water as well as brought in a big paddle wheel boat for incredible lake cruises.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that can be locked off to be a 1 and 1. The main portion of the condo has the master bedroom that literally feels like you are right on the water when you are laying in the bed.
This part of the condo has the full living room, kitchen, washer/dryer and 2 balconies facing the water and the breathtaking sunsets. When you are lying in bed it feels like you are right on the water. In the morning you can open the balcony sliding door and literally roll out of bed onto the balcony!
The 2nd bedroom is set up like a studio apartment with a mini kitchen area and a table for 2 along with a full bathroom and a queen bed and another TV. That window overlooks the front of the property and the main clubhouse/pool area.
There are TV's in both of the bedrooms and a flat screen TV in the living room to catch all the games!
