We rented the apartment for two weeks. My family and I had a great time there. The apartment is fully equipped. Everything is there to spend your vacation there. The surrounding is quite nice too. At Roscoe street you will find a lot of nice shops and restaurants. depending on traffic we were able to go downtown or to the beach within 15 mins by car. When we are going to visit Chicago again we are gointo rent the apartment again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Roscoe Village Guesthouse in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. The property was beautiful and perfect for all of us - 4 adults and our 5 grandchildren! We enjoyed having a "home" instead of hotel rooms where we could pack lunches for the day of sightseeing and come back to a place where we could cook dinner! The walk to/from the El (Paulina stop) was also nice allowing us to see the Roscoe Village neighborhood. Very quaint and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a "home away from home"!

The unit was ample in size for our family of four adults and two small children. The bathrooms were truly luxurious. The unit was nicely furnished and well maintained. We had more than enough of everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The off street parking, wifi, backyard and laundry were real pluses, especially with children! It is a great neighborhood; everything we wanted or needed (shops, restaurants, groceries, public transportation) was within walking distance. It was a great experience overall. We have already booked another stay.
