Ocean Creek Plantation is N. Myrtle Beach's premiere, 57-acre, private oceanfront resort. This all concrete and steel constructed building is located across the street from Barefoot Landing with it's 113 shops, resturants, the 2000 seat Alabama Theater, and the House of Blues.
Our resort has a large selection of amenities including a heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pools, a putting green, business center, fitness center, game room, tennis center with seven courts, lighting available for night play, a nature trail and bicycle paths.
The Beach Club with the large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, muti-level decks, gazebo, playground, and snack bar and is one of the finest in the area and available to all our guest. You may also enjoy the miles of undisturbed, uncrowded, white sandy beaches. If golf is your enjoyment, we have over 100 championship courses nearby.
This condominium is the owner's second home. It has been tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the private oceanfront balcony. This 5th floor unit has about 1500 sq. ft of floor space and has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths.
The master bedroom has a king bed, color cable tv and overlooks the ocean. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
The living room has a couch, love seat, and 2 chairs and overlooks the ocean. We a 32" inch flat screen TV in the living room. Our dining area has a table that seats 6 and there are bar stools at the breakfest bar for additional seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and this condo has a full size washer and dryer. The balcony is extra large and has plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. We offer a combination of chase lounges, and a table and chairs.

my family and I visited this condo during the 4th of July, as we have visited Myrtle Beach at this time for many years. I had spoke to a management company to obtain this condo and was advised and pictures to show that it was up to date. However to my surprise it was NOT. The condo itself was very dated, and I was completely irritated for the price that you pay for this condo. I have stayed in many areas and we really like the area being so close to so many attractions. However upon speaking to the management company I feel I was misled in the information provided. The gentleman that I spoke to was very nice and very cooporative to deal with, however I would rank this condo at or pretty near the bottom for me. We're just an average family who saves to take our family on vacation every year and boy did we get TAKEN on this one. The furnishings are very dated, the condo is made very personal to the owner, the kitchen definitely needs to be brought up to date, the air conditioning never went below 74 (HOT) btw it was setting on 60, the doors wouldn't close, and the sliding glass doors to the outside wouldn't even lock. The cleaning couple was nice however they did the least amount of stuff they could do to get in and out, so in return I had to clean it again before I could even sit down or unpack. In which we kept everything in our suitcases. The one positive about it all was the grounds at Ocean Creek are BEAUTIFUL and very well kept, and the pools were really nice. That is about the only nice thing that I can say about this place I don't recommend people staying here unless you want to pay way more for a place that should only be renting for around 1200 a week TOPS... I don't plan on returning to this unit I would however return to Ocean Creek just staying somewhere else. If the owner of this condo would take about a month of his rental money and invest it into this condo It could be really nice and that is STRONGLY suggested to you the management company to convey to the owner or to whomever makes these executive type decisions. I don't normally complain to this degree but when you save to take your family of 5 on a nice vacation and you look and look and finally THINK you've found a nice place to stay. Well think again if you think this is it. Thank you again for giving my family a real memory of beautiful grounds but a not so NICE place to lay their head.

We had a wonderful visit and loved the location! The condo was clean and well stocked and we would definitely love to visit again next year. Tommy was available to answer any and all questions regarding the rental and location and extremely easy to work with. We will definitely make this our new location for family vacations at MB!

We rented this property June 15-18. We were very disappointed! It was very old & run down - need to be refurbished very badly! The drape's lining were torn & dirty.The decor is vey bad- pictures falling out of frames.The carpet was dirty & stained. The wall paper was coming loose from the wall. The bathrooms were dirty & had to be cleaned. The pots & pans had dried food in them & had to be washed before using them. We expected to have basic amounts of paper products , etc. We had to furnish our own toilet tissue, dish detergent,kleenex, etc. We have never stayed where there is not at least one roll of tissue paper per bathroom, dish detergent to wash dishs, etc. We expect to furnish any over our basic needs , but this was a bit much! The beach & pool was nice. There is security which is a plus. The man we dealt with to rent this unit was a very nice gentleman , but the owner sure needs a wake up call!! If we ever go back to this property we WILL NOT stay in this unit.
Owner response:This unit is slated for renovation and updating and we have been informing guest of so. I personally inspect units after they have been cleaned and I dispute the fact that there were no paper products in the condo or that the bathrooms were dirty. I have also not been able to find pictures falling out of frames. Sorry that we did not meet this traveler's expectations.
