Year Purchased: 2004
Our names are Marsal & Albert. We moved to Hawaii in 2005 from California. We built our home on a 1 acre parcel ourselves. We completed and moved into our home later that year.
We felt with so much land we should build a another home. Two years later "The Pineapple Express" was born,(also built by us).
Why the Owner Chose Milolii
After coming to the Big Island several times,and looking at many areas, we decided we loved the climate of our area. Almost always sunny and not nearly the amount of humidity as other parts of the island. Plus, the nightly breezes made it very comfortable.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We like the location of our place because it is out of the hustle and bustle of city life and close to many great beaches and attractions. It is ideal if you would like to explore the island. You can choose to go to Hilo or Kona for the day. The ocean view is awesome. You can see to Kona and sometimes Maui. The seclusion and tranquility is wonderful. The sunsets are unforgetable and the stars are epic.

"Best Hawaiian experience we've ever had- we travel to a different Hawaiian island every winter, but this island had it all and the accommodations were the best we've had in Hawaii. The Pineapple Express is all a vacationing couple could want, and more. Albert & Marsal were such fantastic hosts and Bear kindly helped us with our left-overs disposal.
