The master bedroom has a Luxurious Euro-top King-size mattress, and the second bedroom has a king-size memory foam mattress to ensure a great night's sleep. The carpets in all of the bedrooms have been replaced with Travertine tiles for a fresh new look and feel. You'll want to spend lots of time relaxing on the patio in the chaise lounge and over-sized slate table with 6 chairs.
Come stay in unit 320 and enjoy the finest sugar-white beaches the Emerald Coast has to offer. Relax to ocean sounds & views from either the master bedroom or the living area. Azure condominium offers many amenities including the largest beach access in Fort Walton with over 515 feet on the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Azure is in walking distance to many attractions that includes the Gulfarium and it surrounding activities, the famous Old Bay Steamer Restaurant, the upscale Pandora's Restaurant, and Fudpuckers Restaurant. Azure also has two ocean-front pools (one heated to 85 degrees year round) two Jacuzzis and a water spray park. There is a private boardwalk to the beach from the pool. We loved staying at the Azure, and more importantly, Mary's condo! The kitchen is exquisite, the bedrooms are spacious, and the BALCONY is HUGE!!! We had the most relazing vacation and hope to go back soon!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We recently returned from Ft. Walton Beach. We had an excellent time at this property. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated! The accommodations at Azure are awesome - great heated pool for the kids and so close to the beach it was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this unit in the Azure. All the furnishings were in excellent condition. the owner delightful to work with, condo was spotlessly clean and a wonderful beach to make for the perfect vacation. We are glad you have reserved our vacation property to create your vacation memories. We have taken pride in preparing our vacation home to give you a pleasant and relaxing visit. Since you will be in our home we ask you treat it as your own. 1.) Please leave the sand at the beach. Sand damages floors, showers and furnishings. 2.) Do not operate the air conditioning with any doors or windows open as this will cause it to freeze and malfunction!!!!! This is extremely important in the summer months. 3.) Please use coasters, placemats, or potholders under drinks and food on the patio table. 4.) Please do not hang wet towels on the railing of the patio (Homeowner’s Ordinance). 5.) No smoking. By signing this contract you're stating that you will NOT smoke in our vacation rentals and will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out. 6.) Please understand you and your guest are using our home at your own risk. The owners (Jim and Mary Alice Smeal) of the property will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 7.) No pets are allowed in the rental unit. Departure: 1.) Load and run dishwasher. 2.) Empty all of the trash. 3.) Keep beds turned down that have been slept in. 4.) Turn off lights. Leave A/C on 78 degrees. 5.) Close all doors and windows. Doors should be locked. Your rental fees which includes cleaning and taxes are due. You may pay by check or credit card. You will be financially responsible for any damages incurred to the building, furniture, or appliances during the stay. Please make sure that the departure list has been completed before checking out of the unit. Check In / Check Out Check in 3:00 PM (You may check in earlier if the unit is ready.) Check out is 10:00 am on the day of departure.

About the owner: Jim and Mary Alice live in Montgomery, AL. We love visiting our Azure condo every chance we can get. We have four grown boys, and they love hitting the water for a little rest and relaxation.
Why the Owner Chose Azure:
We lived near the beach in Long Island, NY for 10 years. After several moves , we were thrilled to end up so close to the beach again. We looked at numerous beaches along the Emerald Coast of Alabama and Florida. We were sold on Okaloosa Island because it has all the amenities of the Emerald Coast without the bumper-to-bumper traffic and high density complexes. Our first stay was on Memorial Day weekend. Even though the Azure was completely booked, the pools were not too crowded and there was plenty of room on the beach for everyone.
