Nestled in the storybook village of Voisines (314 residents), just outside (10 min.) the fully cosmopolitan town of SENS (30ke persons), 55 min. south of Paris, 20 min. southeast of Fontainebleau, 30 min. northeast to Disneyland and at the gateway to the Burgundy Wine Region! Chablis, Dijon, etc.
Direct TGV trains from Paris via Gare de Lyon and Gare Bercy (just 50 min.)

Just near are all the world-class vacation sites and destinations in Paris and Fountainbleau, as well as many enchanted woods and chateaus with streams, fields, lovely french countryside villages, castles, recreational lakes, and nature parks...cultural center with parties and dances, concerts and festivals, all within a short radius.

This tastefully decorated and very comfortable furnished and equipped country french home comprises two levels of 140m2, (not including the garage, wine cellar and support facilities, another 50m2). It is situated in a rural french countryside surroundings, in the small, picturesque village of VOISINES. Perfect for your getaway, retreat, vacation in France, or perhaps, a "Destination wedding site?" Complete with all the catering, the church, the music and your own "home-away-from-home" for your family, friends and visiting guests!
DESCRIPTION:
This country french manor maison is complete with full authentic details such as: "les poutres apparentes" (oak beam ceilings) and old-world craftmanship throughout. There is a large, open family/living room with beautiful handcrafted fireplace and wonderful decorator appointments (owner is an architect and interior designer). A full wine cellar and garage are also situated on the property. Furthermore, during your stay you will have the use of the pleasant gardens and terraces with breathtaking views (unobstructed) of the rolling countryside in all directions. The well-kept parklike gardens (1000 m2) includes a large terrace and provides a great overlook for the lovely french storybook landscape. The village is listed with French Historic Register.
CULTURE:
Just some of the many cultural events: (full details in the "Journal de Voisines Welcome Book" located at the house) Annually: concerts and theatre is performed in nearby castles and churches. And we know it's not necessary to remind you, but this area has much to offer in culinary and wine delights and has many famous Burgundy wineries within 30-45 minutes drive. And least we forget, all the sites and experiences of Paris, Fountainbleau and Disneyland!
