Wonderful and spacious home 5 minutes from downtown Shell Knob. Much of the house has been remodeled.Living room on the top floor and large family room with walk out to deck on the lower floor it's easy to spread out and have space for all. Grand master suite on lower walk out level. Very quiet area but so close to boating, swimming, golf and restaurants. Boat slips are available 5 minutes away as is golfing. Jet ski rentals near by. Large and multiple decks are here for your enjoyment especially in the evenings, 2 areas are covered.
This vacation getaway has nearly all the conveniences of your own home. We think you will build fond family vacation memories here and will come back year after year. Bring your tooth brush, swim suit and smile, you're about to enter the fun zone!
You ask why the name? Returning from a day trip to Eurika Springs (about 1 hr. away) and finding a store totally devoted to frogs (carved and jewelry) we asked our 8 yr. son to name our 'cabin'. After a few miles had passed a small voice came from the back seat, The Brown Toad.Ever since that road trip to a favorite place the name stuck.

Year Purchased: 2006
Being from Maine and Michigan and near large bodies of H2O, moving to Colorado has been a challenge to enjoy water as we like it. After talking with people as to where they enjoyed the water the most Table Rock Lake came up often. We hauled our boat down and never to boat anywhere else. Shell Knob and surrounding areas have everything we want for summer relaxation. Living between Vail,Co. and Shell Knob, well not everyone is as lucky.
