Port Aransas Texas Mustang Island Vacation Beach House Rental.

The perfect family reunion starts here. Our pet friendly, 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, fully furnished 1924 square foot home with 2 full sized kitchens sleeps 13 comfortably & has a fenced yard with a dog run. Odds are you will not find a better price on a comparable home in Port Aransas. Located in a nice residential neighborhood that's only 4/10ths of a mile from the beach via Sandcastle Drive (see map link below).

Zoning restrictions allow only one rental agreement every 30 nights. There's no hotel/motel tax on 30 night rental agreements. This home is a real bargain if your plans include at least 10 nights on the island. As one of our tenants you can come and go 2 or 3 times within the 30 night agreement time frame if you like. It makes it easier to coordinate all the family for that special get together. We've seen 4 generations come together under our roof!

Our home & guest quarters has accommodations with separate central air, kitchens, covered decks, bedrooms, baths, fenced yards and a common washer/dryer room. It's a great place to have your family reunion while maintaining some breathing room! All major credit cards accepted.

Downstairs has two private bedrooms and one and one half baths with a large wooden side deck plus a covered concrete backyard level deck. There's room to sleep four - five with two queen beds and one rollaway.

Upstairs has two private bedrooms and two connecting baths with a large common tile shower. There's a 32-foot-long covered upper deck and still another covered concrete deck at the backyard. There's room to sleep four - eight with two queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa and two rollaways.

Our fenced backyard has lush carpet grass, exotic flowering landscaping. There is an outdoor shower in a common area with a privacy fence & gate.

  • From the moment you cross the channel on the ferry you'll realize that Port Aransas has it all and this beach house is right in the middle of it all! Whether you want to go fishing at the jetties, the piers, the flats, the surf, the bay or offshore you're sure to have a great trip. Local guides and charter boats are a plenty. There's a 400' long gambling ship docked at the channel called "Texas Treasure". Bird and nature lovers check the amazing website for the "Padre Island National Seashore". Miles of beautiful sandy beaches are waiting for you to build sandcastles and collect shells. There are several outstanding local restaurants offering fresh seafood.
