I was just checking to see if our favorite spot was available for any of our favorite times to vacation and I see, it is nearly not at ALL available! Oh, I am so sad. Our family really enjoyed our time here last May. It was so close to the pool and this is the very best piece of beach I have ever been on. PAT! I have to find another one!! I can tell I am not the only one who enjoys it. :)

I just have to say how much we enjoyed the condo the 2nd time around! You can tell that a lot of money, time, and effort was put into updating the condo over the last year. The kitchen is fantastic and we loved the new furniture in the living room. I do have to say my favorite part though was moving a couch out to the sunroom! My kids loved curling up on the couch and reading a book. All the special little touches with art work etc,,out on the porch was great. Even with more people at the complex this year the pools were still never crowded and we were able to get on the tennis courts without a problem. My husband, children, and I are already counting down to next summer.

Wonderful Trip

My husband, 2 children (2,4 years) and I just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. We had originally planned to stay in Destin but made a last minute change due to the oil spill. What a great, relaxing place to stay. It was perfect for our family. Our favorite room in the place was the Sun Porch. It is huge and we spent most of our evenings out there when we would come in from Saint Augustine. The pool is just a few feet away and even with 2 little ones we were at the beach within 5 minutes. I was amazed that the pool and the beach were never crowded. Often times we had the entire pool to ourselves. Having two bedrooms worked well for us and they were spread out enough that we did not bother the kids at night when I was doing laundry or was in the kitchen. We often saw workers doing yard work and they were always very friendly. I did not think much of the front office staff but only had to work with them when checking in and out. We cannot wait to come back next year. Thanks again for letting us share your place!

I love to have morning coffee and evening meals out while overlooking the lagoon. The split floor plan of the bedrooms is nice for families. It makes it nice when our grand children come to visit. My wife and I along with our two children(8 and 2) just returned from here and we could not have been more pleased. It was everything we wanted it to be and more. It was in an excellent location as far as the main pool and was a short walk from the beach. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. We would reccommend this to anyone and we hope to return next year.
