Elk, deer, and javalina have been spotted on property, yet it is still within the town of Payson and a short walk to the shops for antiquing or coffee shop with entertainment. Come for the World's Longest Consecutive Running Rodeo. Town parks feature; pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, fishing, and concerts under the stars. Enjoy free jazz concerts at local venues. Miles of newly opened bike and hiking trails around city. House is beautiful, but with so much to do in town you may not be home much. Don't miss the Zane Gray Home and Museum and lots of good restaurants!
Great jump off to Sedona, Flagstaff, Holbrook and the Petrified Forest National Park, or head up the Rim to lakes, hiking, etc.
