San Silvestro farmhouse lies on a hill top, 485 m. above sea level, in the Chianti Classico area, in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena.
Our farmhouse is an ideal location for your holiday in Tuscany and for visiting famous art cities such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Giminiano, Volterra, Pisa as well as the nearby country villages of the famous Chianti Classico region: San Donato in Poggio, Castellina, Greve, Barberino Val d’Elsa, Radda, Gaiole, Tavarnelle, San Casciano.
The Villa and the Old Barn, restored respecting the original Tuscan Style, are surrounded by splendid private gardens, olive groves, vineyards, orchards and woods.
The apartments have independent entrances and parking spaces, independent heating and satellite television. A table tennis, mountain bikes, a barbecue are available to guests. The swimming pool (6m x 12m) equipped with hydro massage, is surrounded by a sun-deck, ample green spaces with olive trees and old stone walls. The shower is equipped with a solar panel. Deckchairs and umbrellas are available to guests. From here you can admire an unforgettable sunset. Thanks to the garden lighting you can use the swimming pool at night too.
Barbecue and table tennis are available to guests. Pets are accepted on request, and two special boxes are at their disposal.

Monnalisa Apartment: The apartment Monna Lisa (85mq) is on the upper floor of the barn. It consists of a living-room with an open fire place and satellite TV, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a closet.
In the private garden there is a gazebo (5m x 4m) with wooden table and benches where you can eat outdoors while enjoying a spectacular view.
Leonardo Apartment: The apartment Leonardo (70mq) is on the lower floor of the barn. It consists of a large living room with satellite TV, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In the private garden there is a table with chairs where you can have your meals enjoying an unforgettable view.
