Why the Owner Chose Edgewater
We decided to buy a vacation home in the Edgewater community of Barefoot Resort due to the upscale amenities and the spaciousness of the condo. We fell in love with the home's layout and ample closet space. Rather than decorate with a furniture package, my wife and I custom decorated this unit, buying every piece individually. We opted for a "beach" theme while staying somewhat traditional in the nature of the furniture. The Edgewater community and Barefoot Resort have everything an owner or vacationer could want: beautiful grounds, close to the beach and pools, fitness center, golf, accessibility to biking and jogging paths, and in the heart of North Myrtle Beach with numerous restaurants and activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Close to the Intercoastal Waterway and rental boats and jet skis, beautiful clubhouse and pool area with covered areas to escape the summer sun, barbeque facilities, and indoor kitchen in the clubhouse, completely renovated fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, golf is only 5 minutes away from the condo, the beach is less than 10 minutes away.
