Unbelievable view! We have been going out west for years and this was our best time.The beds were comfortable. The dining room had plenty of room for 5 or more people to gather with a few beers and talk of a good day. Great house!

Ideal site for family reunion

My family met for a family reunion and this home was the ideal location. I was put in charge of finding a place for all of us to stay and I am happy to report, the family was very happy with the choice. We were all so impressed with this beautiful home that offered plenty of room for everyone, beautiful views of SLC, and all the comforts of home. We were able to enjoy a late Thanksgiving dinner together and had no problem making all the "fix ins" in the well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and as described, leaving nothing to desire. We would definitely return and most certainly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for helping to make our reunion so memorable.

Stunning View

We really had an excellent stay at this location. The view of Utah Valley was stunning daytime or night time. The bedrooms were exceptional and furnished well. It was a great place to relax and visit or prepare a meal. The photos posted on the website were accurate. A few updates may be needed on housewares. The only negative we found was a very dirty stove....someone had boiled over milk or such previous to our stay. We cleaned it up as best we could just to be able to use the burners. We were well treated by you and your representative. We would use it again if we have an occasion and most assuredly would recommend it to others. We enjoyed Thanksgiving Point....spent an entire day there and it was in close proximity. Thanks for a great four days in this home.

Property was very clean in a nice suburban development with good mountain views. Wish there had been more kitchen cookware/knives/cutting boards/pots/etc, but a very nice kitchen and dining area to hang out in. Would definitely return...worth the drive when skiing in Little Cottonwood.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house during our visit to Utah for the Park city film festival in February 2010. I will start with details about the owners. Rachel was so helpful. Many times before the trip I called or emailed her asking for suggestions on activities and she was always available and informative. When we arrived at the location we had the opportunity to meet her dad who was also very nice and gave us a tour of the house and tips for our stay. The house was AMAZING... just like you see in the pictures. During our visit we did some skiing and boarding at Park City and Sundance resort (both about 30 to 45 min drive) and we also did some snow tubing. One of the days we had the opportunity to check out one of the films at the Sundance festival and had a blast. The views from the back deck and upstairs bedrooms are AMAZING and very relaxing. Overall, we loved the size and amenities of this beautiful house and we plan to stay again on our next visit to Utah.

I had a wonderful experience staying up in the mountains with my friends. Everything you need is there, from quiet comfortable rooms to sleep in, to a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. And the view....magnificent. Don't hesitate, it will meet and exceed your expectations.

We stayed in the Benjamin with 13 adults, 2 kids, and 5 toddlers. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone. A porta crib, high chair, and booster seat were all available at the house. The view from the house was incredible. There were plenty of board games, XBOX 360 games, and movies available at the house that we took advantage of. It was a whole lot cheaper than renting hotel rooms and gave everyone the opportunity to still hang around without having to leave because it was nap time for the toddlers. We plan on staying again next year.

My family and I always stay at vacation properties instead of hotels and this one was one of the nicest yet. We had 4 adults and 8 children and we had a blast! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Our family stayed at the Madeleine in Alpine for two weeks over the summer. We came to visit family and it was very nice to have our own place to stay. The home has been meticiously remodeled and is decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was provided and Rachel responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a perfect place to have family gatherings, which we did several times during our stay. Our families also loved the house! It is a perfect location right between SLC and Provo with hiking trails and a beautiful park for kids nearby. Our children also enjoyed the in ground trampoline and feeding carrots to the horses behind the property. We definitely recommend staying with JB & Jane properties. Laurie Jepson

My wife, daughter and I, along with 6 of our friends and 4 of their children rented the Anna for a recent weekend get together and were amazed at the house and the management. We had an excellent time--the house is beautiful and well stocked. Any problems we ran into were immediately taken care of. We will definitely rent here again!

Generally when my family and I come into the provo - salt lake city area we rent 3 hotel rooms. Never again, our experience was so wonderful that we will always plan to stay in one of JB and Jane homes. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful property! Spectacular views. The house was very nice, and had many nice features. So much space, and wow the view! There were extra things in the house that I wasn't expected..like a high chair!!! That was wonderful. Thanks o much and would love to stay again if the opportunity arises.

My family stayed in the Anna property over the 4th July. We were truly amazed at the beautiful views and the home was very comfortable. JB was right, the views beat our condo in Park City! My family and I were pleased, the kids had a blast, and everyone had a restful pleasant night sleep! (even the baby)! Thanks for offering suc a wonderful home and for the added touches and flexibility. I also appreciated the opportunity to choose to clean the property ourselves, it saved us money and we left it cleaner than when we arrived. I hope to venture my way to Utah again for "a home-away-from home" visit!

We rented both 15051 & 15077 Winged Bluff Lane for a business off-site for a week. The homes are beautiful, the views are spectacular, and Rachel and the others we worked with on the rental were superb--they were available when we had any questions, and they kept the home stocked with not only the necessities, but also a lot of unexpected thoughtful touches. we were very pleased, and we'll use them again if we have the opportunity
