Brand new Lakefront home in “Reserve” area of Windsor Hills Resort. a premium gated community, located near Disney’s front gates. Executive type home luxuriously furnished and decorated, ideal for multiple families. This premier 6 bedroom, 4 bath home includes 3 king sized bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, which provides room for up to 12 comfortably. As you enter the front door of the home into the formal living area you will appreciate the beautiful finishing touches that leads into to a large, exquisite dining area. The lavish family room with comfortable leather couch and love seat allows your family to relax and watch TV on 46” plasma TV Set. Be sure to have the kids bring their video games for the Play station 2 for their entertainment while you unwind with a cool drink by the pool. The large, friendly eat-in kitchen with cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops, affords you the luxury that you deserve when preparing any meals you want on vacation. For hours of entertainment the kids can also enjoy the large game room which includes a pool table, air hockey and foosball table.

Upstairs is the large master bedroom suite which has its own bathroom with large walk-in shower, garden tub, 2 sinks and a private toilet. A 2nd king bedroom enjoys its own private bathroom also. The other upstairs bedrooms are served by a large bathroom decorated with bright, tropical fish and include 2 sinks, private shower and a private toilet. To round out the bedrooms is a queen sized bedroom on the main level, with a full bath located right next door. All the bedrooms have beautiful window treatments, bright accent walls, TV sets and upgraded mattresses and bedding with gorgeous ceiling fans to help you sleep in cool, comfort.

Slip out the sliding glass doors from the kitchen to your own private lanai out back. This covered, screened area comes complete with 2 sets of tables and chairs that you can relax in around the pool/spa or use the 4 lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sun. This pool area has a stunning view of the lake with a beautiful fountain. Look past the wrought iron fence at edge of your large backyard where many birds and wild life live (sorry, no alligators) in the vast conservancy area that runs along the entire length of Windsor Hills “Reserve Area” western border. Our house is located very close to the back gated security entrance and is very convenient for entering and exiting the resort.

  • Hello Smalley Family. We just returned from your awesome home. The house was absolutely perfect. We had two families staying at your home 4 adults and 4 kids.(aged 11 - 15) The main living spaces, and bedrooms were very spacious. Beds were so comfortable, I have never slept so good in years. Your home was in a perfect location to Disney - approx 14 minutes drive. The screened in pool & hot tub was so nice after a long day at the theme parks. We spent most of our evenings with a drink in hand, watching the beautiful sunset overlooking the fountain out back.Thanks for sharing your home with us, we will have lovely memories for years!!

  • We recently stayed in this magnificent home to visit and participate in the WDW Marathon and were all very impressed. This home was even nicer than we could have all thought, and owners were wonderful to work with. This home was very conveniently located to anything we needed, the pool was beautiful,house was impecably decorated and even the neighbors were nice. thank you Greg and Wendy Smalley , would reccommend your vacation home to anyone!

  • * This is a wonderful place to stay. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. It was very spacious for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids with extra room to spare. * The resort location is ideal -- Very close to the Disney World entrance and other various stores and restaurants (on the main road), but far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. * The owners are pleasant to work with -- Very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if in the Orlando, FL area... THANK YOU SMALLEY FAMILY!

  • We stayed here in October of 2008 instead of inside Disney World to try and keep the cost down. Also, the idea of a quiet place away from the crowd was appealing. We were pleasantly surprised at how the house looked, even better than the photographs! Very clean and spacious. We had five adults and four children and there was plenty of room for more. The pool was great for the kids and we liked the heated option since we only went in at night and early morning (at the parks the rest of the time!). All the parks are very easy to get to and near by. Plenty of places to eat or buy food on 192. I would definitely make a return trip. Owners were easy going and accomadating.
