Unit 302 has a great mountain view and many amenities for our guests. You will be within walking distance of the chair lifts at the Mountain House base area for easy access to lifts & equipment shops with rentals, restaurants/bars, shops, child care and entertainment. If you like to fish, hike or mountain bike you will be just minutes from the Snake River, Keystone mountain and walking/biking trails.
Our rustic furnished approximately 1500 sq ft 3BR/3Bath condo is located on the third floor (accessible by stairs or elevator). You will have access to a private balcony with a full view of the Keystone mountain and skiers. The condo has everything you will need for a most enjoyable vacation.
The Ski Run building has an attached large heated swimming pool, sauna, and a Jacuzzi with a shower and changing areas. Should you want to venture to other areas, you can travel by car (an 8 minute drive) to the A-Basin ski area, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski areas, and just 50 minutes to Vail Resort. All Summit County areas are accessible via the Summit County bus–should you not have access to a personal vehicle. You will have full access to the secured indoor heated parking and a personal ski locker which is located just inside the entrance, so there is no need to carry your skis/boards up to the condo everyday.
Ski Run 302 is fully equipped to serve your every need for an enjoyable vacation.
Kitchen/Dining Room--A well equipped kitchen features a rustic pine dining table for 8, plus additional seating for 3 at a breakfast bar. If you want to go out, great dining establishments and shops are a close walk or brief drive away. Many establishments in the area have carry out and delivery services.
Living Room-- Furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa plus lots of additional seating for family and friends. This is a comfortable spot to watch the night skiers through the large windows and sliding doors across the entire mountain side wall. The condo is uniquely decorated with snow sport antiques that make this a real winter retreat. The wood fireplace creates a cozy setting to unwind and watch the 42 inch cable TV/DVD/INTERNET.
Master Bedroom--The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed covered in rich green and reds. There is a sizable walk-in cedar closet and full bathroom attached. The room also has a cable TV.
Bedroom 1–The room has two comfortable twin beds with dresser that make this perfect place for kids to stay. If you like to sleep with a view and fresh mountain air this may be the room for you. A full bathroom with double sinks is adjacent to this bedroom. The room also has a cable TV.
Loft with Queen Bed--The spiral staircase up to the loft features a queen size bed and bathroom with a shower. Another inviting and comfortable setting overlooking the living room. The room also has a window facing the mountain. The room also has a cable TV.
Balcony--The table with chairs and gas BBQ grill makes this a great spot to spend time after a day of skiing/boarding/biking/hiking or to watch skiers/riders. If you appreciate breathing the fresh air and star watching, this condo is for you.
Parking-- A private, secure and heated indoor parking spot available with the unit plus additional outside parking directly in front of the condo.
Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna--are just a brief elevator ride away. The large hot tub, sauna and adjacent large swimming pool make a great place to kick back and to watch the kids burn off that last bit of energy.

- There are bike, ski & board rental/sale shops within an approximately 200 yard walk. The Summit County bus service comes within 200 yards of your front door should you wish to travel to near by sport, shopping, movie or dining areas. Travel to and from the Denver Airport is available through several mountain airport shuttle services.
