Location: Monterey, Central Coast, California, USA (5 Minutes from airport, 15 minutes from Carmel/Pebble Beach)

Accommodations:  House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

Provencial style house with a beautifully groomed garden in sunny and private neighborhood. Amazing sunsets and view of the entire bay and city lights at night.

The main living area, located on the second floor, welcomes you into bright and open comfortable living room with a leather sofa and love seat. From there you can enjoy a beautiful entertainment center featuring a large 46” flat screen HDTV with Satellite TV, DVD and VCR. Enjoy free wireless Wi-Fi throughout the house. The French double doors open to a big terrace and beautiful lawn and flower garden.

The master bedroom features a Cherry wood California King Size bed, a 32" LCD TV with breathtaking view of the Monterey Bay and sparkling city light at night. An antique French armoire completes the ensemble.

The charming second bedroom has a King Size bed and a 26" LCD TV in a Provincial atmosphere. The French double doors open to a rose garden.

Both bedrooms have an alarm clock with i-pod docking.

Connecting the two bedrooms is a small open terrace with view of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

The bathroom features an oversized tub with a sink and a toilet.

Downstairs you will find the garage, kitchen and laundry room.

The grilling enthusiast will enjoy a gas barbeque.

For the gourmet cook there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter top and a television. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you prefer a more natural way of drying your clothe you can use the outside clothe line.

Also for your convenience we provide you with extra pillows, blankets, linen, hair dryer, picnic basket, ice chest.

Guest who are not familiar with our Monterey Peninsula, weather is enjoyable all year long and is most spectacular in the spring and fall months.

  • The cottage was fantastic. We stayed here for several weeks, and hope to return. Breathtaking views, peaceful, private, and everything in the cottage that you need for a fabulous vacation spot. The property is convenient, but not in town, so we enjoyed walks with spectacular views rather than walks by the beach. The property owner is charming, and very hospitable and helpful. Overall, one of the the nicest places we have ever stayed...anywhere!! Enjoy!

  • We stayed as a family, my wife and I and our two little sons (5 and 2). It was a very restful stay in a beautiful cottage with a beautiful location on a hill overlooking the bay. The sunsets were spectacular. All of the necessary amenities were there, and it was very tastefully decorated. In the five days we stayed we only ate out once, generally preferring to tour during the day and then stop off at Wholefoods in the late afternoon to return back to the cottage and cook there. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay in Monterey.

  • The property is exactly as described: beautiful, quiet, with a spectacular views and charming atmosphere. The owner is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the house, the environment, the views and the equipment.
