4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom beautifully furnished home in the heart of Paradise Valley on the Yellowstone River. Walk to the Public Access Launch through the back 5 acres. Drive 5 miles east for a family day at Chico Hot Springs. 25 minutes to Yellowstone National Park. 30 minutes from Bozeman. Hike, Bike, Horseback Ride, Fish, Hunt, Hot Tub, right out of our door. Large Barn next to house to clean fish and game.

3 Bedrooms have Queen Beds and 1 Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.

Other Amenities	Pole Barn for cleaning fish and game, leather sofas, FRIENDLY DOGS OK, kid friendly for age 4 and up, however my 2 year old does just fine with everything but supervision with the stairs is required, LARGE Recreation Room may be used as another bedroom if you bring your own inflatable mattress and/or sleeping bags, Recreation Room is heated by separate gas fireplace
Suitability	Pet Friendly: FRIENDLY DOGS OK, Declawed Cats OK, other pets - maybe, just ask. Kid Friendly: must supervise kids when using the stairs Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 25 years old to rent. Smoking Not Allowed: No Smoking inside house. Smoking OK on property as long as NO TRACE ETIQUETTE is followed
