Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (upstairs bath has jetted tub). Living room with gas fireplace, dining room, eat in kitchen, and library for watching TV.
Fenced in large back yard with gas grill and open deck. Covered front porch. One of the few homes on the street with a private driveway.
Step out front door and go South 3 blocks to city park/beach. Walk to the city center and enjoy the shops and grab a bite to eat at the many fine restaurants.

Coeur d' Alene still has that small town feel but offers big city amenities. The area also has many year round activities and attractions.
Tubbs hill is a great place for a hike. Easy hike for all ages. The view of the lake is great.
Sherman Ave has something for every shopper and numerous eateries to satisfy any craving.
