Great Week at Pensacola Beach

We had a great week staying here. The condo was very nicely appointed and very spacious. With three bedrooms, three baths and a very large open kitchen/dining/living area, there was plenty of room for our party of 6. Our 6 year old grandson really enjoyed staying there and didn't want to leave when the time came. He also enjoyed the nice pool area and the great beach just across the street. There was also a beach trolley stop right in front of the building. The trolley can take you most anywhere we want to go on the island when it is operating. The condo is everything it was advertised to be and more. The views are excellent.The owner was very hands on and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice vacation, and will certainly look forward to staying here again in the future.

The best every 4th Of July!!! You have to see it to believe the magnificent views. The gated resort is very safe for your family. The parking space across from the elevators is very convenient. They also have carts for your luggage. This condo is fully equipped. This was also perfect for my handicap mother. The fireworks from the balcony are outstanding. Hope to make a return trip next year!!!! The owners make reservations very easy and are pleasant to do business with. We hope to make a return trip next year!!!! If you want to pamper yourself, this is the place. I rate this 5 STARS!!!!

Owners are very much involved in the rental process. Vacationers are treated as "guests in their home" vice a number on a reservation page. The pictures of this property are great, but wait until you see this unit in person! The property is absolutely beautiful and the condo is immaculate! High quality mattresses on the beds, beautiful furnishings, great linens, etc. The temperature of the unit was wonderful. The AC is set low which means you are extremely comfortable 24/7. Don't bring anything but your luggage and food if you desire. This home has everything! Close to everything. Views from the condo are absolutely spectacular. The highest tribute I can pay to the overall experience and to the owners is this....."They have a new vacation renter for life!" Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!!

This condo was perfect for our vacation--spacious, floorplan with plenty of privacy, gorgeous views, nice pool. The owner is very personable and accomodating. The restaurant next door is a plus--a great place for a relaxed meal... and it has a huge playground for kids to run and play. We so enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

The condo was great. It was very neat and clean. The large wrap-around balcony provided a great view of the area. The condo is close to many area attractions to include great restaurants. I highly recommend the place and will consider a return visit. The renter is great and has great communication. Thank you.

Perfect for a family vacation with our little one

We have a 4 month old, my parents were visiting and we wanted a place which was close to the waters, had a pool and was close to dining and shopping. The location was perfect and so was the unit. Great water views from all rooms, comfortably furnished and right next to a 24 hr convenience store and just a short drive to Boardwalk (we could have walked if we didnt have the baby!) Enjoyed our vacation!

This condominium has it all. Wonderful views, superb decor, a great kitchen that's fully equipped and terrific hosts. The building as a good sized pool, year round hot tub, modern gym, security gate and great parking. Highly recommended. Look no further if you are coming to Pensacola Beach.

Great place, great rates (even better than the tiny hotel rooms down the street), amazing views, quiet and private, awesome neighbors, spectacular pool, quick beach access, awesome owner. Everything you could need for a home-away-from-home getaway. The balcony views are spectacular (both balconies)... perfect for enjoying the sunset with good drinks and good company. :-) Beaches, restaurant, and convenience store are all right there. And the pool... WOW! Definitely will stay here again!

What a wonderful vacation spot! Beautiful views of the Gulf & Bay at the same time. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set. Close to shops and restaurants but also a quiet spot for relaxing in a luxurious apartment!

A large group of my family and friends (about 50 people total) rented 8 condos in Emerald Dolphin. It was fantastic! All of the condos were wonderfully decorated, had just about every kitchen and bathroom supply that you would need, and had spectacular views of the beach. This particular condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...8 people fit very comfortably. I would recommend this property to a firend or relative in a heartbeat!

We arrived for a return trip to Pensacola Beach and had absolutely no problems checking in, as the owner had given us perfect directions. The condo was exactly as advertised -- very nicely furnished with spectacular views. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath floorplan was perfect for our diverse group of family and friends. We recommend this condo for anyone who wants to be centrally located on Pensacola Beach -- with a short walk across the street to the beach or a 1-block stroll to Pegleg Pete's (restaurant).

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. We arrived to a very well kept clean condo with clean fresh linens. The kitchen is very well equiped with updated appliences and cooking utencils. All the bedrooms are pretty large and the bathrooms are great too. I loved all the closet space and the location is perfect. We will definently be staying here again

I have stayed at many different resorts and condos, and this one surpasses them all!!! Very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with magnificent views! The wrap around balcony was my favorite! Every room had a wonderful view! Very clean and maintained! Don't forget to visit Peg Leg Petes while you're in town (which is in walking distance) and enjoy some of the best crab claws around! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!!

Magnificant Vacation

The views were spectacular with the finest sunsets anywhere in the world. Even with rainy weather on one day, the views in every direction were grand. Very pleasant with complete privacy within the unit for my wife and I and another couple. Comfortably and newly furnished with fine dining and living room furniture. Excellent beds, showers and fluffy towels. A Minute Market is right next door and Peg Leg Pete's restaurant next to that. A beautiful beach across the street, very nice pool and hot tub, everything close by, we didn't even have to move the car.

This condo is perfection! The views are unbelievable. This is true Pensacola Beach. From the view of the bridge and the sound around to the marina and the beach, its truly spectacular. Very clean and well decorated. Cannot wait to go back.
