San Antonio Executive Rental presents several properties on VRBO which are all very fine furnished homes. One home, Pool House, contains a private in-ground pool and private hot tub. Trail Rider House, Stone House, and Glass House each have their own private hot tub, and share an above ground pool betweent the three homes. Stone House and Trail House are side by side and Glass House is close by, in the event more than one home is needed for your group. Step in to your very own private Executive Rental Home with a lovely new Kitchen and very generous common dining room and living room. This home is completely furnished, and includes an ADT alarm system, bedding, towels and linens, dishes and pots and pans, washer and dryer and ice maker refrigerator, telephone service, lawn service, cable modem and expanded cable television in all bedrooms and living room and family room!
This is a hotel style rental accommodation that provides luxury only found in a single family private home.
Located in a very convenient neighborhood inside loop 410, near North Star Mall and Alamo Quarry Mall (one mile) and the San Antonio Airport (2.5 miles), close to 410 and 281, Sea World (17 miles), Six Flags Fiesta (13 miles), Schlitterbahn Water Park (30 miles). Commuting to Ft. Sam (5.7 miles), Randolph AFB (18.4 miles), or downtown (approximately 6 miles) is accessible in minutes from home when you stay at one of my Executive Rental properties. There is an HEB grocery store, a Blockbuster Video, a Walgreens pharmacy, a liquor store within two blocks of this fine home.
This house features a lovely lot with a fenced-in rear yard. There is a carport and an on site surface parking area for several cars.
Home features a master bedroom suite with private bath. The Master bedroom overlooks the rear yard.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and color television and shares the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has an extra long twin bed and a private bathroom.
There is a combination Living Room and Dining Room "Great Room" that is adjacent to the kitchen. The Great Room features a Color Television with DVD Player/CD Player, a pull out double sofa bed, and a dining room table that seats 6 - 8 persons.
The newly rehabbed kitchen features a refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a combination oven/range, ceiling fan lighting, a microwave, and has all the items necessary to cook good meals.
AN ABOVE GROUND POOL HAS BEEN INSTALLED BEHIND FOUR HOMES THAT ARE SIDE-BY-SIDE! Four homes are located adjacent to one another, Stone House, Trail Rider House, Atrium House and Glass House. A part of the back yards are being combined to provide a pool area accessible to all four homes. Like in a hotel, you share the pool with other guests. The pool area is fenced off from the rest of the private rear yards, and has a locked gate access for pool enjoyment. Guests are required to sign a waiver to use the Pool. There is no life guard on duty, you swim at your own risk. Pool photographs coming soon !
