The ocean view villa at Sea Horse Ranch was built for its owners and has been Meticulously maintained by them. It is one story 6500 sq ft 3 BR 3 1/2 bath on a 1 acre plot. A separate maid's room has a bathroom and shower for the maid and gardener. The maid cleans and does laundry, but does not cook for guests. There are magnificently complex natural mahogany arched windows skirted by elegant columns and glass throughout the villa. Solid mahogany doors and trim adds to its charm and ambiance. To add to the spacious feeling in the living room there is a 35 foot vaulted ceiling with vaulted ceilings in every other room of this luxury villa. Sky lights and large windows create an environment of glowing tropical light.Imported Italian tile covers all floors and compliments the natural color of the mahogany. Ceiling fans are in every room and the bedrooms and kitchen have air conditioners. The guest wing has two bedrooms each with its own private bath. All bedrooms view the orchard with its avocado, mango, banana and lime trees. The very large master suite has a jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, two sinks, large sitting area and satellite/cable TV with DVD. A door from the M/B leads to a private ocean view terrace. There is a large, covered, furnished terrace attached to the villa and faces the Atlantic Ocean and the villa's large pool and built in hot tub. The terrace has a separate dining area that seats eight to ten. The very large living room has 2 seating areas, satellite/cable TV, stereo and VCR. The large kitchen has all the appliances, 2 sinks, and a center island. There is a pass through from the kitchen to a separate formal indoor dining room, which seats ten under an antique crystal chandelier.
The villa's garden has a large variety of flowers, palms and trees. There is a walkway from the terrace to 2 Sea Horse Ranch community swimming pools, 4 private beaches and a Beach Club restaurant all on the Atlantic Ocean and minutes away from the villa. From 10am to 10pm 7 days a week the Beach Club serves meals, snacks and drinks at the Club, pool and beach areas. There is also a delivery service from the Club to your villa of meals, snacks and drinks. It does not get much better than watching the sunset from the Beach Club, pools or private beaches.
Sea Horse Ranch has an Equestrian Center where riding lessons, horses and guides are available to explore the countryside. There are 5 professional HarTru tennis courts two are lighted at night. Lessons and ball boys are available. A Robert Trent Jones designed golf course at Playa Dorada is 30 minutes to the West and a world class ocean front golf course at Playa Grande is 1 hour to the East.
Sea Horse Ranch is a premier gated community in the Dominican Republic. It has 24 hour security and excellent power and water supply. Its roads are made for jogging, walking, bicycling, rollerblading, etc. The Ranch is very well maintained and quiet. No one can enter the community unless they own, rent or are an invited guest.

My wife and I had the house built according to blueprints made for us by a well known architect. We are both retired and travel a lot. When we are away a manager, maid and gardener take care of the house.
