Valentine's Villa is a short walk to St. Simon's quaint village/pier area. Located on Mallery Street next to Captain's Walk. Enjoy the historic lighthouse, music in the park under the live oaks and the local theater. The villa is located less a mile to the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the walk to the restaurants, tennis courts, basketball courts and parks. The beach is perfect for shell collecting or sunrise/sunset adventures.
Valentine's Villa is within a secluded condo community. The community prides themselves in providing a natural area. A sanctuary. St. Simons has a small southern town feel that adds a relaxed element to the lifestyle of the island.
Valentine's Villa is a one bedroom, one bath fully furnished home. The villa offers all the luxuries needed to experience this wonderful barrier island. The bedroom has a plush queen, four postered bed with two large walk-in closets and ceiling fan. Fluffy towels and bed linens complete the experience.
Truly a small southern town feeling that takes you to another less stressful time.
Cancellation policy: Thirty (30) days prior to arrival date for full refund. Fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date 50% refund.
Refundable security deposit $125. Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure unless extra cleaning is required or there is damage to the property.

Year Purchased: 2004
I'm from Massachusetts. Cape Cod and the ocean has always been a part of my life. I discovered St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island around 1970 on a trip with my family. Fell in love with the islands. Vacationed for years either on St. Simons Island or Jekyll Island. Took the leap and moved here in 1988.
Why the Owner Chose St. Simons Island
Since 1988 until 2004, I was looking for a place that was near the ocean and close to the village/pier area. I found it. On Mallery Street. I love the guiet area, the old live oak trees, moss handing out my front and back doors and just it's just minutes to walk to the pier. As a matter of fact, the location is Village Green located in the village area.
We owners pride ourselves in keeping Village Green as natural as possible in the old southern tradition. I love it!
