This home is built on my family's original homesite that dates back to 1800. The first original little cottage was destroyed by Hurricane Isabel. So, this is the newer version built up so in the event of high water the home will be safe.
I have been building, selling , and renting beach homes on the Coast of North Carolina and decided to open up this sweet little cottage in VA to folks that are looking to get away from the city hustle. This is a secluded home with incredible waterviews. This house was built with love myself, my daughters, and now grand children welcome you. We all cherish our time spent here and trust our guests will love it as much as we do..
