The home comes with a golf cart for your use to cruise the island in style. Situated on a large private lot, the home has decking surrounding the outside making it easily accessible to everyone. The open floor plan allows for entertaining and the custom designed kitchen, complete with an ice maker and new appliances, makes hosting convenient.
This home offers renters the opportunity to purchase "amenity cards" entitling renters to full access to all amenities on Fripp Island. Cards cost $50 per person per week during the summer. No cards are needed for children 12 and under. Amenities for card holders include 2 wonderful golf courses (reduced greens fees), 10 tennis courts (court fees apply), several restaurants, bike and boat rentals, several Resort pools (no fees) including an Olympic swimming pool, an adult pool with a beach bar and live music, and the "Cabana Club" which is most popular with children and families.
