We are at few paths (150 mt.) from the Rialto bridge, 10 minutes by walk from Piazza San Marco, in a characteristic an quiet "calle" opening onto Canal grande. It's the core of the old and most amusing Venice, nearby the colourful Fish and vegetable markets. In the neighbourhood there are "Osterie" (traditional venice bart), Pizzeria, Trattoria, famous restaurants, andmany other spots open till night.
The apartment is really enchanting, large ( and very well lighted. It's composed with two living rooms, kitchen, double bedrooms, a shower cabin).
The windows are facing a characteristic Calle and two small terraces, and are opening to direct sunlight, from sunrise to sunset.
The house has its own, private, heating system (you can select the temperature) and large radiators in each room. The boiler provides instant hot water both for heating plant and for shower.
