Cleaning fee included in rate. A security deposit of $200.00 and 1/2 of the rent must be received no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival. The remaining balance of the rent must be received 14 days prior to your arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days in advance with a full refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the security deposit shall be refunded, however, all rent shall be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same time period, the rent shall be refunded.
