Cleaning fee included in rate. Within 14 days of reservation a security deposit of $200 must be received, half the rent must be received no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival and the remaining rent must be received within 14 days of your schedule arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days in advance with a full refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the security deposit shall be refunded, however, all rent shall be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same time period, the rent shall be refunded.

Cute shops for shopping and fun little eateries. This is a great place for a girls day of shopping! The island did not want to be built up with condo and vacation villa's so they incorporated the town.

Just wanted to pass on this review that confirms this place as a top notch spot. Pool close, Beach 1 block away and the place holds 8 golfers comfortably. Close to all amenities, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, shops, restaurants. Owners take great pride in the place and will make every effort to solve any problem that arises...thanks Pearl !! Cannot recommend this place enough and rest assured, we will be back.

We just spent our holiday at the beach in this house and really enjoyed it. The location is great, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of room for everyone; we had 4 adults and 2 children intermittenly while we were there. I would highly recommend for a family with children, as there is one bedroom that has 3 twin beds. The house is clean and well-maintained; the owner called on the first day to make sure we arrived okay and to see if we had any questions. The beach restaurants were good -- it is definately a place that we will return to.

This was a find - and the pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with a nice breeze and shade; had the pool to ourselves; enjoyed the beach just a block away; a very peaceful location. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. We're only sorry we didn't book it longer, but we'll be back. Highly recommend it.

My family and I just returned today from a week in this beach house and we found everything to be above our expectations. The house was super clean and well stocked and my two little ones just loved the upstairs bedroom with the three single beds. It was decorated so nicely, The grounds of this complex are spotless and the access to the beach was easy. I have been coming to Surfside Beach/ Garden City for 30 years and this is one of the nicest places I have stayed at. You can't beat this place. We have already booked the same week for next year. Thanks Pearl and family for providing us with a great place to stay!

This house is a perfect fit for famlies with kids. Mine are 6 and 8, our neices are 21 and 25. This house is it for us. We have stayed here 2 years now and have reserved a week for next summer already. This house is truly steps from the beach access. The pool at this complex is never crowded, we had it to ourselves most afternoons. It is quiet here, no all hours of the night fireworks and slamming doors. Plenty of parking under the house. My husband loves it, his words"it's easy for me, no hassle of unloading and loading, up elevators down elevators" We have stayed in condos for years but the same money gets this house. Well worth it. You absoultely will not be sorry you tried this house! It's fantastic!

Pearl & Family: Everything about your cozy home has been wonderful. You have seen to all of our needs. We loved the quiet street, sitting on the porch, watching the swans on the lake, and the short 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Our stay at the beach was very enjoyable. We were very pleased with our accomodations as it was just what we needed. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend and we felt at home. The boys went fishing and the girls did their girl thing (shopping & gossiping). We look forward to a return visit and we highly recommend this vacation retreat.
