I have been renting homes in the dessert for sometime now and I finally found one I will return to. This home is perfectly clean and organized. It is for renters and is not used as a personal home. Everything is labeled and organized. Perfect for two or three couples. Yard and pool is very nice and easy to use. Kitchen is appointed with everything you need for large dinner gatherings. Linens are all clean and comfortable. Decorating is simple and tasteful. Theatre room is a nice touch and very easy to use. iPod adapters for pool area and living area are perfect for your favorite tunes. The garage games room is also a nice touch. I also really enjoyed not being in a gated community. The area is very quiet and many beautiful homes surround this one. Most of all the landlord is great to deal with. I will be back very soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your house. The floor plan and child friendly furnishings were perfect for our family which included two young grandaughters. There were inside toys as well as pool activities to keep them happy. They also loved picking oranges and tangerines from the back yard. We also had fun playing croquet in the yard. The weather was perfect during our stay, a good time was had by all. Loved the well equipped kitchen as I like to cook.

We have been renting homes and coming to the Palm Springs area for over five years. We always rent a different home every year -- until now! This house is perfect in every way -- it is comfortable, beautiful and in a fabulous neighborhood. The backyard is delightful and the media room is fablous. And, the owners are a sheer joy to rent from. Suffice to say, we have already booked our month for 2010!

Loved our month at Rancho "Marine". We felt very comfortablein this lovely home as did our children,grandchildren and friends. We watched movies on the VERY large TV screen, swam in the heated pool (in Jan), played ping-pong & darts and enjoyed the fruit picked fresh from the trees in the backyard. Its central location made our drive time to golf courses and other desert locations very easy.

We spent four days at the house over New Year's (2008/09) with two other families, including 6 kids (ages 2-10). Everyone had a wonderful time. All of our expectations were exceeded, even though we had seen the pictures already. The kitchen, dining and living room area is quite large and you have full view on the pool throughout. This is great when you have kids playing in the pool that you need to have an eye on at all times. The grass area was also nice to play games on and the kids enjoyed collecting the oranges to make their own fresh juice. It also helped that there was plenty of pool stuff and other toys available. The guys loved to sit by the pool or play ping-pong in the evenings. Even though we didn't plan on watching much TV, the large Cinema room was irresistible. When you have smaller kids you don't go to the movies very often, but the room came very close to have the same cinematic experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. If you are with two or three couples and you bring kids, be aware that you have to either share a room with them or give up the large movie room to sleep in for them.

A++++ experience at this house. We use VRBO regularly and have had great experiences. This house was by far the nicest we have ever stayed at through VRBO and was perfect for our family getaway. The kids and the adults played in the pool endlessly! We cooked meals together in the morning and for dinner - the kitchen is fantastic with top of the line pro series appliances and got to spend some quality time watching movies as a family on the huge projection screen TV while laying down on the incredibly comfortable lounge chairs. Thinking back on it, I don't think we ever left the property - other than to buy food. It was truly a fantastic family getaway and we'll definitely be back. An impeccably kept, comfortable, modern house that makes for a perfect getaway. The media room alone makes this rental worthwile! The owners have thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay, complete with a book of information about the house and area. Enjoy relaxing by the pool, cooking dinner with friends, and watching movies on the massive projection screen! The ample bedrooms and bathrooms make this place very comfortable for several families.

What a perfect getaway spot! The location is central to everything yet secluded enough to really relax. The house has EVERYTHING! Even better than described. Pool, games, great furniture and a home theater that the kids loved. Thanks for all the restaurant recommendations in the House Guide.

Our weekend stay here was phenomenally relaxing. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was complete with all the necessities, the pool was perfect, and the location was convenient to stores and restaurants...we even enjoyed the casino trip. We had a great time and would love to return.

Wanted a place for a long weekend getaway and stayed here. We ended up have a great time. Was told the house was recently completely remodeled, and that's obviously the case. Everything was clean, modern and new. Some of our likes:Kitchen: Fav thing about the kitchen was the open floor plan and the HUGE dining room table. It was a great place to gather, and sitting room w/fireplace is attached as well. Great appliances too."TV" room: WOW - this was my favorite room. Don't know how big that projection TV/screen is, but it was like your own private movie theater. HD and surround sound too. Great place to kick back and relax. NFL on Sunday was amazing.Pool: Of course enjoyed the pool all trip. Nice grass yard too if you have a use for it.Rooms: 3 rooms total, +you could sleep at least four in the TV room if you wanted. If you're going with a group, get there early and snag the master suite. Flat screen on wall and the waterfall shower will be worth it. Area: Enjoyed this more than I thought. So many great restaurants we could hardly choose. Great shopping. Seems everything in this area is brand spanking new. Overall if you're looking for a nice getaway (I'd love to rent this place for the season if I wasn't working :-), take a look at this. It’s open layout (you can see the pool from almost everywhere) was nice. Being so new and well designed, it has the feel of a resort but you've got the place to yourself, along with the pool and movie theater. We’ll be back.
