  Family vacation with 2 teen sons - In the heart of downtown, beautifully decorated 3rd (top) floor condo overlooking the pool, nearby marina and out onto the lake with gorgeous sunsets. Condo contained all that you'd need for cooking, paper goods, bath towels, bedding, etc. There's also a great supply of books to read. Didn't have to worry about bringing all kinds of stuff just to be comfortable. Unit was very quiet. Bedroom was dark and secluded; we slept very soundly in there - even with a foreign bed. It also has its own spacious bath, and its own TV. Boys slept on pull out beds in the loft area. Loft has a TV, so we brought our game stations and they had their own man cave. The second bathroom was very useful - no congestion when trying to get ready to go out. Well secured parking, building and pool access. Building itself is a converted paper mill with wonderful architectural features left in place by the builder. Had a great time exploring in there. About 5 minutes drive to Cedar Point Amusement Park. We found the back entrance to the Cedar Point peninsula and drove by some of the most amazing houses we've ever seen. Building is right next to Jet Express Ferries- highly recommend island hopping to Kelley's Island and Put-in-Bay! Condo is just a short walk to many great restaurants and shops. Sandusky (town & builders) are investing a lot into updating downtown and it shows. Wonderfully eclectic area! Also recommend the 15 min. drive to Port Clinton/Lakeside/Marblehead area. Julie was a dream to work with. Got back to me right away with availability info, reservation contract, recommended places to see/eat, etc. Met with us to give us access to the building and showed us around the condo. She made herself readily available if we needed anything. It was a vacation we truly cherished, and we absolutely recommend staying in Julie's condo!

  We came from Cincinnati and had a quick 4 hour trip to the condo. We had a lovely time in the condo. It was comfortable and my husband, 5 year old daughter and I had a mini trip at Lake Erie. We went to Cedar point which was only an 8 minute drive. We took the Jet Express ( next door!) to Put in Bay and we went to the Beach at East Harbour state park. We also went to the african drive through safari on our way out of town and that was a must see! We enjoyed the condo and sitting out on the balcony looking out over the pool, marina and lake. It was very peaceful! The loft has 2 sleeper sofa's and has a lot of room. We really enjoyed the stay in the condo and all that their is to do. Julie is very easy to work with and very responsive. Thank you Julie. We hope to be back next year!

  We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It's beautiful, clean, and spacious. Location is perfect for visiting Cedar Point and the Lake Erie Islands. So, so much better for a family trip than a hotel room. You'll enjoy working w/ Julie. She's accomodating and helpful. We will return for another Sandusky visit.

  Just wanted to say that we had a wonderful time in your unit. I would highly recommend your condominium to my family and friends. There were all the comforts of home and it is a beautiful unit. My granddaughter fell in love with your place, as well as the great pool. It has close access to many things that we were looking for. Hope to come back again next year. Thanks so much!

  A great location, on the water, close to CedarPoint.This place was very comfortable and clean. Julie was very accomodating....we would stay here again!

  Stayed for a mini getaway and had a fabulous time. Condo is beautiful and has a great view of the pool. Plenty of room and all the comforts of home.
