Welcome to this warm, luxurious beach cottage on the south side of 30-A in Rosemary Beach! It is a great home for creating memories with your family and friends. Begin your days enjoying the gulf view sunrises from the loft balcony and complete them with the amazing sunsets from the dining room and park balcony. From the balcony, enjoy a view of the gulf across the boardwalk, or watch the children play in the park in front of the home.
The first floor includes a spacious master with king bed and private bath, a room with a queen bed and bath, and a kids room with bunk beds. It also features a children’s den complete with sofa bed and TV. In the back is a shuttered sleeping porch.
The second floor overlooks the park, with a large kitchen and island, a dining room, and a shuttered sleeping porch off the keeping room. The see-through fireplace takes you into the large living room and bar complete with a small refrigerator and sink.
The third floor loft has a master suite with king bed, a private bath and a den with a TV behind French doors. Relax and enjoy the gulf view from the loft balcony.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We live in a big city, where you drive everywhere you go. At Rosemary, as soon as we get there, we park the car and rarely use it until we leave to go back home. We walk straight over to the Bamboo Bike Shop to rent our bikes; riding and walking are the best methods of transportation!
I love how close we are to the Town Center; just a nice walk down Rosemary Avenue and everything is right there. I really enjoy all the businesses - from several great little places to eat, to the Trading Company for all-things-Rosemary, to the wine Courtyard, to browsing and enjoying the art & decor shops. I love the paths & boardwalks, and how the trees are growing and so well landscaped, that they are shading our paths for us...!
It is a wonderful, architecturally beautiful little town with the most breath-taking beaches & blue water.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We worked with an architect for well over a year to design Chloe's Cottage. We had to build within the guidelines of the Rosemary Beach Town Architecture, as well as try to get all the spaces that we wanted out of the home.
We prefer a home with cozy, individual spaces. Then we can gather a large group in the Dining Room or in the Living Room, but beyond that, everyone can have their own "space" or place to relax.
The front porch is long enough for several people to enjoy, there are two good sized porches on the back, and the loft balcony porch is just right for two!
One of my favorite features is our Loft Master Suite. It was never supposed to be built! But when the builder framed up to the 2nd floor, and we walked the house, we did not want to miss out on the opportunity for the view and that heighth. When I looked up through the open framing, all I saw was the light blue sky... and the chance to make another wonderful space to enjoy. Thus, we built the third floor and painted it the color that I saw that day - the color of the sky.
We hope you enjoy our home, as much as we enjoyed creating it and staying in it ourselves.
Great menu & good wines, new indoor seating, but favorite is to eat outside & enjoy the view of the Town Center & the sound of the fountain.

My favorite Bath Shop ever! They usually have the door propped open so you can enjoy the heavenly scents as you walk by. It always pulls me in! I love to mix the essential oils with an Aloe Vera lotio
Great, casual place for yummy chicken dishes, mexican style food and pizza. Fun decor & nice people.
Oh my, certainly my children's favorite shop in the whole Town Center! We never miss a visit to Gigi's.
Feels like you are in Charleston, this sweet courtyard is in between two buildings with a bubbling water fountain. He has good wines and just opened a cheese bar - extra yummy and fabulous atmosphere.
We love this little restaurant. Good menu that changes with a very creative chef! Truly delicious. Nice indoor seating and wonderful outdoor seating with a view of the Western Green.

We found Rosemary Beach almost by accident in 1997. The development was just getting started, and there was only one Carraige House up at the time. We walked up a tall platform to look over the dunes and see the beach...it was love at first sight!
Seeing the white sand and unbelievable blue-green gulf waters, and we were hooked. We purchased our lot, began construction in 1998 and our friends quickly rented it upon completion...for a whole year!
We have so enjoyed it as the Town Center has been built, and new businesses have come in with their unique wares and delicious food and wine! Our family is very grateful for our 11 years of memories in our home in Rosemary Beach; it will forever be a favorite part of our children's childhood memories.

A Perfect Week at Chloe's Cottage!

My family (husand, 3 children, and MIL) just returned from a heavenly week at Chloe's Cottage, and we could not have been happier. The house is beautifully decorated, well laid out, comfortable, and perfectly located for us within the township of Rosemary Beach -- 2 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the pool, 2 minute walk to the tennis club, and playground right outside the front door. What could be better? We enjoyed riding our bikes around town -- just a few minutes to get to the center of town with great shopping, dining, and fun to be had. We drove from Dallas, but rarely used our car other than to get groceries (a 10 minute drive away to a nice Winn Dixie). The community is very safe, and I felt comfortable letting even my youngest children get on their bicycles and ride around town. There are many paths and walkways, and people drive slowly and respectfully. Our time at Rosemary was fantastic, and Chloe's Cottage is a big reason why -- my husband already wants to book some time for next summer, we can't see any reason to stay anywhere else.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My husband, three children and my mom stayed at this home for a week in late May. The house is beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice. It is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. There was plenty of space and everyone had privacy. Also, it is a very short, pleasant walk to the Coquina pool and the beach. It is possible to walk or bike into town to eat or shop. While in Rosemary my oldest son loved being able to bike around the community which was very safe and quiet. My husband and I had never been to a beach that was so peaceful at night. We were all very sad to leave, but hope to return again soon. Thank you for what my family is refering to as our best vacation ever!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
