This property is very private and can be enjoyed by families or couples. With 4 large, bright, bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, you can choose to socialize as much or as little as you like with your house mates or family. There is a large living room upstairs and a sitting room down stairs as well, which will double as a bedroom with a pull out queen size bed.
The house is situated on 1/3 or an acre surrounded by large trees for privacy. A large wrap around deck will allow you to enjoy socializing while preparing meals either in the spacious kitchen or on the large propane fired barbeque on the deck. The deck can be accessed through garden doors from the kitchen or dining area, and includes a screened in sitting area as well.
The large yard leads you right out to the 7th tee on The Links at Crowbush Cove Golf Resort(ONE OF CANADA'S FINEST GOLF COURSES). A short walk of approximately 600 meters puts you on one of the nicest beach on the Island, LAKESIDE BEACH.
Private setting, lovely yard of shrubs and perennials with an outdoor fire pit. This is a little piece of PARADISE on the Gentle Island!
This property has something for everyone, and is a real bargain with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with hardwood throughout. As well as an outdoor shower for cleaning off after a day at the beach, a large deck to relax and enjoy your vaction upon, and private deck off the master bedroom for your intimate moments.
House is fully equipped, ready to go - including large propane barbecue, with all utensils necessary for lobsters, scallops, etc.

From two weeks staying at this home at Lakeside Beach PEI. We love Lakeside Beach and this was our third visit and first at this home. My two daughters and myself rented it together and the space was perfect for all of us including 5 children. It was great to have the 3 bathrooms and laundry facilities as well as the screened in porch. Walking distance to the beach is an added advantage. You can be sure we will return again.

my wife and i have just returned to the Uk from a 1 week stay in new Brunswick, and a second week at Lakeside, we found the house an ideal spot for a relaxing week close to the beach and Crowbush links golf course, the house was spotlessly clean with all modern facilities and very roomy for just the two of us. Like the rest of the island it is always a a good drive to main towns and restaurants/shops,and staying at the end of the season we found a lot of places closing and found the only well stocked supermarket at Brudendell, but that is probably due to the time of our visit. Good value and would recommend.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach house. We had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable and Lakeside Beach is one of the nicest we've seen on PEI - great for relaxing and long walks along the water's edge. We used the house as our home base for exploring the island and found it didn't take long to get anywhere. One of our favorite spots was the Dunes Gallery and restaurant. I highly recommend it for both the artwork and the food. I hope we'll have an opportunity to return to the house with our son and his family. He's the golfer in the family and would enjoy playing at Crowbush while the rest of us play on the beach.

We spent a week here with three other friends. The house is clean, well-organized, and located in a great spot. We played golf each day, kayaked on a nearby river, biked on the Confederation Trail, and went into Charlottetown twice-for dinner and the Buddy Holly musical. With the exception of the mosquitoes, our stay was perfect. Great walks to the beach and Crowsnest golf course. We plan to return!

We enjoyed a great stay in PEI. The house and location were perfect. We shared the house with a couple of friends. The house is a split level so each couple had their own floor with their own washroom. Kitchen was well appointed for either gourmet cooking or quick lunches before heading out for a five minute walk to the beach, through the beautiful golf course. We've rented many houses and usually linens are not provided. To have the towels and bedding provided is an added bonus. For golf lover's, the location was perfect. We could have played a different course every day of the week within a 40 min. drive. Crow Bush is a must! Note to wine lovers: stock up before you get to Lakeside or you'll find yourself heading to Charlottetown as the local liquor store has very limited choice.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the cottage with our three young children. Nice clean place...with no surprises! Great beach. Excellent location to pop into Charlottetown as well as explore the east end of the island. Good biking trails. Highly recommend day trip to Basin Head and a local Ceilidh. Would recommend this rental and will hopefully return!

My family recently stayed in this beautiful home. It was even better than it appeared in the photos. The property was beautiful with lots of trees and flowers. All of the rooms inside were large including the bathrooms. The owners spared no expense in furnishing the home and provided every single thing you needed for a comfortable stay. My husband golfed twice at Crowbush Cove and my daughter and I enjoyed a horse ride on the beach. If you don't feel like cooking, there are some excellent restaurants within 10 mins. of the home or a half-hour drive to Charlottetown.
