When looking out from the living room window to the back bedrooms, no one can deny that "The Kealia Penthouse" #604 has the absolute best views in the complex; not only does this unit have stunning ocean horizon views from room to room but also has the best location in the building. If you're looking for privacy.. this happens to be the most isolated rental on the property.
If you're motivated by a good value and the "Best Seat in the House"... your tropical cravings will be satisfied with the pool and oceanfront location just steps downstairs or a ride on the elevator to the beach. Many visitors choose to spend most of their time sunbathing or frolicking in the surf six floors down from a special perch above the pacific coast. All guests appreciate the immediate ocean access with an excellent surf break and snorkeling spot directly in front of the building. Also, many benefit from the accessiblity of a 3 mile stretch of white sand beach for a morning jog or a walks in the sunsets. In the summer, one can even kite or windsurf from the shores of this condo and view whales in the winter months.
In addition to the privacy and views, "The Kealia Resort" is conveniently and centrally located to all sides of the island. Visitors will be amazed at how easy it is to reach many golf courses, boat tours, restaurants, shops and most any activity one can imagine. Maui is a "recreational" hot spot.
This apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. This space works best for couples, small families or singles traveling together. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals or even an easier solution is to use the beachfront picnic and BBQ facilities for family gatherings. The apartment features a king bed, twin trundle beds and a queen sofa sleeper as well as a plasma t.v. in the master and a t.v. in the living room. There is always fresh linen and beach towels and additionally, some fins, beach chairs and boogie boards left behind for visitors to use. If one tires of the surf break, an ipod dock and c.d. player are available to play and enhance relaxation of our visitors as they vacation in paradise!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
High Season (Dec 16-Apr 15) .. $250/night +tax per night
Low Season (Apr 16-Dec 16) .. $215/night +tax per night
No Minimum Stay. however, all bookings pay a $95 cleaning fee.
Longer stays may include discounts depending on season and availability,
and will be negotiated with owner. At the time of booking, 50% of entire rental
amount is due within 7 days in order to hold reservation. The other 1/2 of amount
must be paid with 45 days of arrival. Cancellation fee of $100 will apply
if renter cancels under a 30 day notice. No Smoking or Pets.

We live for recreation! We spend a significant amount of time on Maui to surf and golf and live in Colorado which offers the ultimate skiing experiences and lots of other mountain activities...
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Kealia is in a great location and is central to every part of the island with the ocean steps away from the door....the beach access allows guests to snorkel, swim and surf right in front of the condominium...very few properties in Kihei offer this luxury...
