Upon entering, once your foray through the foyer is complete, your jaw will almost certainly drop upon catching sight of the 'You-Have-To-See-It-To-Believe-It,' Wrap-Around, Floor-To-Ceiling, Wall-To-Wall, Glass View of the spectacular Emerald Coast--where in fact, the glass corner that juts out toward the ocean almost gives you the same perception as if you were standing on the end of a ship looking out over the ocean below!
Truly, our Palazzo condo's oceanfront view is breathtaking, and to be sure, its sophisticated and upscale, coastal/contemporary designer furnishings are striking. With its spacious, open floor plan, it is not your typical condo. Additionally, the custom 20" porcelain tile, laid pinwheel fashion, is eye-catchingly evident throughout the entire unit, except for two carpeted bedrooms.
Unlike the common larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Palazzo Condominiums--located in the desirable, West Side of Panama City Beach--is only 129 units, allowing its 220 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos.
Palazzo Condominiums features include an oceanfront, luxuriously tropical pool deck with a seasonally heated pool, oversized hot tub, 2 decorative Waterfalls, and sun deck.
In addition, an oceanfront fitness center, with view overlooking the pool and beach and well-equipped with exercise equipment, is available for use by our Palazzo guests.
Inside, the fully-equipped, upgraded kitchen includes raised-panel wood cabinets, granite counter and bar tops, and custom, natural stone tiled bar front and backsplash. You can experience breakfast seaside, and indescribable sunsets at dinner, should you decide to dine in, whether outside on the spacious beachfront balcony or indoors.

My wife, and my 3 teenage children stayed at this condo for a week in June 2011. This condo was very well kept and seemed to have been professionally decorated. The pictures on this site are nice, but when we stepped into the condo it exceeded our expectations. The view from the 7th floor balcony was beautiful and so close to the beach. My kids loved it. This was our first visit to Destin. We definitely will be returning. With regard to logistics, the booking, payment, checkin process all went smoothly. The kitchen was fully equiped, and bedroom and bathroom had plenty of linens along with a washer and dryer in the condo. Staff at the front desk were available for most normal hours and a security guard was present after hours. The parking lot was gated, limiting access and providing a good sense of security. In short, we had a wonderful time in Destin and feel fortunate to have found such a beautiful condo for the week.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
