This A-frame house is located directly on Lake Placid, 4 miles down river from the McQueeney. Lake Placid is formed by a damn on the Guadalupe River. Downtown New Braunfels is just 15 minutes away. The water park, Schlitterbahn is only a 20 minutes drive from the house. In San Antonio which is 30 to 45 minutes away you will find the Alamo, Sea World, Institute of Texas Cultures, River Walk, Market Square, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Zoo. In addition to shopping in San Antonio the San Marcos Outlet Malls are only 20 minutes from the house.
A comfortable shaded outdoor setting is provided with a large deck over the water. A swim ladder provides easy access to and from the water.
The house has two bedrooms, one has a Queen-size bed and a full bath. The second has a full size bed, and bath. The den has a queen size sofa sleeper, and TV.
The kitchen is open to the main living area that overlooks the river. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils.
The large open living area features high vaulted ceilings, a great view, and a large wide screen Color TV with cable.
