The 809 square feet (75 square feet) apartment is situated in a quiet street parallel to the boulevard Saint Michel. It is a few steps away from the Luxembourg garden, the Pantheon and the Latin quarter. It was totally remodeled in 2007 and enjoys a nice terrace on a private courtyard.
