The 809 square feet (75 square feet) apartment is situated in a quiet street parallel to the boulevard Saint Michel. It is a few steps away from the Luxembourg garden, the Pantheon and the Latin quarter. It was totally remodeled in 2007 and enjoys a nice terrace on a private courtyard. It is on the second floor of a XIX century building (third floor american) with an elevator.
The apartment consists of a large living room with two day beds (normal size single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom with single bed and office corner.
The whole apartment is fully decorated in the neo classical style with a lot of period (early XIX century) furniture, paintings and fixtures. It comes with a computer and printer Wifi .
Please be aware that to confirm a reservation we ask about 20 per cent of the payment and always propose paypal. other forms of payments may be proposed to the tenant at his convenience such as wire transfer but paypal is always an option.

We were very happy with our choice of M. Pena's charming apartment while spending a fortnight in Paris with family. The house is beautifully furnished with antiques, yet still very comfortable. The layout worked fine for our family of five. We slept well on the day beds in the library and living room. We were able to prepare meals and receive guests. M. Pena has not only impeccable taste, but has thoughtfully considered his guests' comfort and every need. The apartment is located in an excellent neighborhood. Quiet, nice shops, and close to transportation. Best of all, Luxembourg Gardens is at the doorstep! Highly recommended for a memorable stay in authentic Paris.

My family and I spent 9 days in this apartment in March and April 2013. With its antique-style furniture and artwork the interior is reminiscent of a bygone era. The several daybeds in the apartment are ideal for relaxation and reading. The rather spacious living room is well suited for both work and socializing. Being a frequent visitor to Paris, I very much liked the location of the apartment. Port-Royal metro station is a 3-5 min walk away and it provides a direct train to CDG airport. Rue de Mouffetard is also nearby if you need a late night meal. Montparnasse with restaurants and bars frequented by Hemingway and Fitzgerald is 5 mins away. There is also a grocery store around the corner if you are interested in making your own food! All in all, we had a great time!

Our stay at this lovely apartment in Paris was nothing less than fantastic. The location is perfect for wherever you want to go whether on foot or by metro. We walked everywhere every day. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with beautiful antique furnishings. We were met upon arrival by Dominique who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed in the main bedroom is also very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and right down the street from a wonderful pastry shop which we frequently visited in the morning hours. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and avoid hotel living I highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family in every way.

Amazing from start to finish. We loved the apt, olivier the property manager, the closeness to shops, the Luxembourg Garden, the Metro. It was perfect for a family-quirky fun and very Parisian!!!
