Classic new one story cape cod beach house located on historic Faria Beach, minutes away from the historic cities of Santa Barbara and Ojai, and conveniently close to Ventura's classic boardwalk. The house, upon entry, opens up to an expansive 180 degree view of the coast with gentle ocean breezes. On most days this includes a spectacular view of the Channel Islands in the distance. Being a brand new home all the modern necessities of living are included, which make for a very comfortable experience. In addition to an open kitchen looking out to the ocean, the home has a private master bedroom with sliding doors that take you out to an expansive deck and private state of the art hot tub. The deck accommodates an outdoor shower, BBQ, and of course, plenty of space to lay out under the California sun. Easy access to the beach is provided by a private stairway from the seawall. In the fall the sunsets and cloud formations are spectacular, producing one of a kind memories. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!

My three friends and I just spent 4 days at this adorable beach house. The newly remodeled kitchen and a deck that went on forever provided the best of inside and outside living. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to spend time in Ventura, CA on the beach!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
If you LOVE the ocean, this house is for you!

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. The location is wonderful, the ocean is in your backyard and the mountains are in your front yard. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen and family room are really well done and it makes cooking really fun when you can stare out at the ocean. The house is quiet and relaxing. The hot tub and deck are show stoppers. I would suggested it to anyone staying in the area, so quick to get on the freeway and get anywhere! Geat for couples, or a small family. You'll love it!

THIS LOCATION PROVIDES THE MOST PERFECT OCEAN VIEW WE HAVE EVER SEEN! IN FACT IT'S ALL OCEAN OFF THE LARGE DECK. THE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROPERTY ARE VERY GOOD. THE HOUSE IS SMALL BUT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND HAS EVERY AMENITY YOU COULD WANT. BOTH TRACY AND BOB WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. I'M SURE THERE ARE GREAT RESTAURANTS &/OR ACTIVITIES CLOSEBY BUT WE FOUND THAT WE NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE THIS GREAT RENTAL. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS HAVING TO GO HOME! I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE BUT ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO WANT A PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME WITH AN AMAZING OCEAN VIEW.
