The house, upon entry, opens up to an expansive 180 degree view of the coast with gentle ocean breezes. On most days this includes a spectacular view of the Channel Islands in the distance. Being a brand new home all the modern necessities of living are included, which make for a very comfortable experience. In addition to an open kitchen looking out to the ocean, the home has a private master bedroom with sliding doors that take you out to an expansive deck and private state of the art hot tub. The deck accommodates an outdoor shower, BBQ, and of course, plenty of space to lay out under the California sun. Easy access to the beach is provided by a private stairway from the seawall. In the fall the sunsets and cloud formations are spectacular, producing one of a kind memories. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!
