  Staying here couldn't have been better. It was beautiful, clean, everything one would need to enjoy oneself. The little stickers here and there were most helpful, and we knew just what was expected of us and how to do things with ease. We hope to return. I already have recommended this house to a friend. The Spotted Dog in Springdale was our favorite restaurant.

  This is a lovely, relaxing place to be. The home is most attractive and comfortable, in a fabulous setting. The peace and quiet are so relaxing (except for the occasional coyote at 4.00 AM!) and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful in the world. The house is tastefully decorated and well equipped. It makes a great base for exploring Southern Utah. We could not have been happier with our stay here, and regretted having to leave when our time was up. The cooling pool is a fantastic feature. which got some use even though it was only March. We would highly recommend the home, because it conributed so much to a wonderful vacation. Area golf courses are outstanding and reasonably priced, and the proximity of several National Parks makes this a great place to be.

  My 17 yr. old and I had the pleasure of staying at the Cliff Dweller home in the beginning of Nov. The home was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated in a southwestern flavor with an open, inviting feeling throughout. And what beautiul views of the cliffs that were right in the backyard, with exciting color change throughout the day It was so relaxing and quiet and we both felt like we really had been on vacation. I would highly recommend throwing on the hiking shoes and take advantage of the majestic and unique trails in Zion Nat'l Park Throughout the home there were thoughtful touches and the owners were very thorough in explaining their house and also it's immediate surroundings and things to do in their property profile. We would love to come again!

  We chose this home to stay in while visiting Zion and Bryce canyon. The home was clean, quiet, and had needed amenities. The pool was smaller than imagined but comfortable for relaxing after a long hike. The house is out of town a bit, so we stocked up on the way home to avoid going out again. Enjoyed watching the hang gliders in the evening. great stars.

  Loved staying at the Cliffdwellers home. So relaxing to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The privacy and quiet were a real plus for us. You will not be disappointed in your choice!

  My 2 sisters & I spent a week here for a long overdue vacation together. This home is inviting from the moment you pull in the drive. Quiet, peaceful, with an amazing view from litterally every window. The location was convienent to everything we wanted to do. We spent one day at Zion, next day Bryce AND Cedar Breaks, went to see Hairspray at Tuachan in St George, (if you have not experienced Tuachan amphitheatre, you are missing amazing sights and sounds & talent) Next day North Rim of Grand Canyon, then Snow Canyon, and last but not least a day at the Sagestone Spa in Ivins. Every morning sunrise is beautiful. every evening the stars... breathtaking. The beds are comfy, and bedrooms well done. The splash pool was a must after a day of hiking, as well as the oh so wonderful jaccuzzi bath in the master... with a view. The outdoor sitting areas are perfect. From the wonderful rockers out the back door, to the sitting area outside one of the bedrooms. Could not have been more pleased with this place.

  What a beautiful home and location. The best we had so far. We stayed 7 days and wished it could be longer. The house has all the convenience we required, well equipped and very clean. The rooms and kitchen are just great. Even our kids (10+12 years) loved the house and location. The outdoor tub was a refreshing moment after the hikes we made in the parks. Zion is just around the corner, Bryce a bit further away. In the evening heaven is right above your head. A tremendous view of the stars and milky way. Very relaxing and enjoyable. This will certainly be the first choise we will make again if we return to this location. Thank you very much for the excellent service provided.

  This home is so comfortable and relaxing nd inviting. We spent six nights there and can't wait to go back. There were three days we didn't trqvel anywhere to see any of the parks; so hard to leave the house. We grilled everynight and enjoyed the cooling off pool. We will definitely go back there.

  My two sons (23 and 16), my wife and I stayed here in Summer 2011, as part of a US holiday. We used this as the base to explore Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon (North Rim) National Parks. It was a great success. The property itself is very private and blends in to the landscape. It is very well designed and equipped. The living area and kitchen is large and welcoming, while the bedrooms are airy and comfortable. No matter how hot it gets (and we were there during a summer heat-wave), the air-conditioning can cope; and there is always a place to sit in the shade outside the house. The town of Hurricane is a couple of miles drive and has all the shops you need, plus many good restaurants. There are many local attractions and we were especially impressed with the dinosaur footprint site a few miles from the property. Whether you are young or old, this is a great place for a restful vacation.

  Hi Andie- OK it is official. Your emails and the former description on Vrbo and the one on homesweethomesSG does not even begin to do justice to the Cliff Dwellers home. It was beyond gorgeous, and was in a setting that completely made us forget NJ. Did North Rim, Zion, Bryce, Tuacahn, and Utah Shakespeare. Even found some time to relax by the splash pool. First house on Vrbo or Homeaway that was PERFECT!! Everything worked splendidly and everything in the description was there. Your arrangements and check-in procedures were easy to follow and we both thank you for taking care of the necessary paperwork. Please share our thanks with Tim and Pat (I think they are the owners). We even managed to celebrate our 40th anniversary at the house and I celebrated a birthday (I am 39 years old...I wish). Will, of course, refer anyone to you who might be looking to visit the area. We did leave a couple of towels drying in the dryer on the way out. Again, we cannot thank you enough for a most enjoyable trip out west.
