Seaside Shellter has great views of the Gulf and St Vincent Island. The interior has rich warm pine panels and cool tile floors. There are great Gulf views from the screened porch, living room, sunroom and sundeck. The separate living room and sunroom provide areas for the adults and kids to do their own thing, with minimal intrusion. With elevator access and pets allowed, you can bring the whole family.
The beach is pet friendly and uncrowded. There are quiet bay beaches, protected channel beaches and high surf gulf beaches all within easy walking distance of the house. Indian Pass is the western access to Apalachicola bay and the area is teaming with pelicans, dolphins, sports fish, crabbing and shells. The adjoining St Vincent NWR offers pristine views and unique wildlife including endangered red wolves, eagles and sambar deer.
Indian Pass has quick access to the Gulf, Apalachicola bay, St Vincent Natl Wildlife Reserve and St Joseph Bay for boating, fishing and shelling. Historic Apalachicola and Port St Joe have numerous shops, galleries and great restaurants, just 15 miles away. And you can buy fresh seafood from the Gulf's fresh fish, shrimp, scallop and oyster capital, to grill at home.
This Old Florida location is a great place to relax with the family and escape the hassle and crowding of Florida beaches.

- Queen Bed: The master bedroom has heart of pine walls and ceiling. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and blackout curtains to allow you to darken the room during the day for a restful nap.
- Twin/Single Bed: The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be positioned to form a king size bed or separated for individual comfort. The room has a double glass door with a walk out sun porch and views to the gulf.
- Murphy Bed: The Murphy bed is a queen size comfortaire mattress and the most comfortable bed in the house with the best view.

Welcome to Seaside Shellter, the vacation home of the Fee Family. We live in Atlanta and escape to Indian Pass every chance we get. The girls are both in high school and our dog is a chocolate lab. We love water sports, sunshine and seafood. We hope you enjoy staying at our place and find the same quiet and relaxation that we love.

Indian Pass is a part of old Florida, where you come to the beach to have fun with the family, enjoy nature and escape the maddening crowds that you find across the rest of Florida beaches. The residents of Indian Pass are friendly natives and enjoy a conversation, offering advice on restaurants, suggesting fishing spots and just getting to know you. The houses are traditional beach houses, like the ones where you stayed when you were a kid. It is a place where you feel safe, relaxed, care free and at home.
The Unique Benefits of this Private House
Indian Pass offers a wide range of natural beauty and adventures. With a short walk of the house you can enjoy the Indian Pass Channel, Gulf Beaches and the Bay. St Vincent island and sound offers a wildlife sanctuary for sealife and birds, so there are a lot of pelicans, fish, dolphins and other marine animals. The mix of subtropical plants and flowers is gorgeous. And, Indian Pass offers a nice climate, with warm winters (70s)and mild summers (90s). There are a number of outdoor activities in the area, from golf and horseback riding to fishing and boating. The area has a large enough population and year round tourism to sustain charter boats and rentals. And, above all else, Indian Pass is quiet and peaceful, where you can escape the noise and chaos of the big city and crowded beaches.
