You can be in the water in under a minute! Our home offers much quicker access than oceanfront condo highrises...no waiting for the elevator to stop at every floor and then wandering out through the crowds to find a spot on the beach!
If you also demand a pool on vacation, we have that too! The pool is fully enclosed within a tropical fenced and gated courtyard, complete with a lanai and gas grill.
The West End of Panama City is quiet (even in the middle of summer) and upscale, similar to the neighboring communities of Carillon, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside. There are no high-rises or hotels within miles. But if you want to take a break from lazy days on the beach, boutique shopping and exciting nightlife is just 7 miles away at the brand-new Pier Park.
Starfish Station is FAMILY FRIENDLY! This is the perfect home for young families or extended families vacationing together. We have all the luxuries and amenities the adults deserve and everything the kids need without having to lug it with you...including games and toys! The house has three kids' Aerobed mattresses and a pack-and-play plus a space-saver highchair and monitor.
The house has been completely renovated with brand-new high-end furnishings and luxury linens. The bedrooms and bonus room have gleaming hardwood floors while the living area and kitchen have tile flooring. The house has three large King-Sized Master Suites--no more wondering who gets the "good" room on vacation or having to share bathrooms! Starfish Station easily sleeps 10 plus children.
There are 5 TVs at Starfish Station so noone will miss their "must see" shows. Each bedroom features a new LCD flat panel TV. If nothing's on cable, watch a movie on the DVD player in the living room or on the DVD player upstairs in the bonus room. For "surf-aholics" or those who have to do a little work on vacation, we offer free wi-fi access (it's a great connection even out by the pool-we've tested it!!).
Walk in the front door (for your safety, the house utilizes a keyless lock system) to an inviting living/dining area with a queen pull-out sofa bed and a gas fireplace for chilly nights. The dining area leads to a fully-equipped cook's kitchen and a side hallway with a SECOND REFRIGERATOR, front-load washer & dryer and a 1/2 bath. There is also a side door entrance here with a private hot/cold outside shower just outside the door. Walk on through the open living areas to the downstairs king-bed master suite (with its own full bath). The downstairs bedroom also has a door opening directly to the lush courtyard pool area.
The second floor has two more king-sized master suites, each with generously sized private baths. Both suites also have private balconies; one overlooks the tranquil gulf waters and one overlooks the pool area.
The third-floor bonus room is perfect for the preteen and teen set. It is equipped with two twin-sized fold-out sleeper chairs and its own TV, DVD player and mini-fridge. It also has a perfect and very private sunbathing balcony overlooking the Gulf.
We DO NOT rent to those under 25. We rent to families and adults only. We do not allow pets or smoking. These rules are strictly enforced and monitored.

This was our second time staying at Starfish Staiton. The house was perfect. Traveling with a 2 year old is not easy, but the owners have thought of everything. The location is perfect. With the beach outside the front door and a pool out the back door, our daughter had trouble deciding which to do first. The house is clean and well stocked with linens. Grocery stores are close for the last minute things that you tend to forget. Pier Park is a quick drive. The house is down removed enough from the center of PCB that you aren't competing with people for a spot on the beach. The owner has put a lot of thought into their home and it shows.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautiful, spacious and VERY clean. It is right across the street from the beach. The pool was beautiful and well kept. We especially loved it because it was away from all the Panama City Beach nightlife and craziness. It was a very relaxing trip. The owners were very helpful and friendly and we got our security deposit back quick.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just recently used this home for a week and can not wait to go back. We have three young children and the location of this house can not be beat. The pool was also a huge help with the kids. There isn't a negative thing I can say. Everything from the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the great views from the loft area, the fact that everything we needed was right there, the courtyard with pool and grill...everything was perfect!!! Thank you very much.

My family's recent stay here was perfect! The entire house is very modern and beautifully decorated yet still had everything our young family needed (pack in play, child's bed & high chair) stowed neatly in closets. The optional safety latches on all the doors also put our minds at ease about having a pool just out back. The walk to the beach is just a few steps and was easy even with a baby and toddler. The pool area is relaxing and has both sunny and shady areas almost all day long. We enjoyed grilling and eating dinner by the pool. We will definitely return to this wonderful home, hopefully even before next summer - and I cannot think of a single thing that would need to be changed or improved!!
