Our beautiful handcrafted condosita with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings await your arrival. Let the wrap around porch take you to a time of simplicity, joy, and peace of yesteryear. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while viewing the majestic Dragoon Mountains. Our brand new condosita is beautifully appointed and will provide comfort and easy-life amenities.
You'll awaken to the sounds of song birds and maybe a whinny from our horses on Birdsong Ranch. Walk the grounds and enjoy the Cactus Garden that includes many varities of native cactus to Arizona. The cacti were planted many years ago and some are very mature. Enjoy a stroll through the garden, but be careful - don't get too close! Also, enjoy the Rose Garden or the small water feature that attracts hundreds of birds daily. Catch a glimpse of our resident roadrunner or watch the horses frolic in their turn-out.
Located minutes from Tombstone, Birdsong Ranch is a peaceful setting in the San Pedro Valley that has awesome views of the Dragoon and Whetstone Mountains. Bring your horses & trailride from the ranch on the adjacent sand wash trails or just sit and relax and watch the birds. We are close to many tourist sites in beautiful Southeastern Arizona that includes great birding, sight seeing, hiking and horseback riding. We are minutes from the San Pedro River.

Why the Owner Chose Tombstone
In the summer of 2003, we were driving through the San Pedro Valley in southeastern Arizona when we saw a little sign in St. David, Arizona that said "10 acre ranch for sale". We coaxed ourselves into looking at it and fell in love with it immediately. We loved the simplicity of the area and the beautiful surroundings. Because we are at almost 4,000 feet in elevation, we are considered high desert and the mountains, large trees and artesian wells that surround St. David make the area very unique. So we purchased our ranch and had dreams of horses, gardens, birds, guests and a simpler way of living
The Unique Benefits at this House
We built the guest house and had it ready for guests in December 2008. We are close to Tombstone, Bisbee, Cochise Stronghold, Kartchner Caverns, the Amerind Museum or Arizona wine country. You can spend time relaxing, birdwatching, hiking, riding your horse (we board on a nightly basis) or visiting the unique sites of southeastern Arizona.
