Our family spent a week at Christine's condo. It was great! The location can't be beat! An easy walk across the street to the beach and about 8 blocks to restaurants/bars. There is a friendly little store/deli only two blocks down the street. It is a very relaxing area and the people are so friendly and helpful. We loved the secured/covered parking and making arrangements with Christine was so easy! If you want to just lay back and relax this is the place for you! Just a note...there are steps up to the condo so may not be easy for elderly but the climb is well worth the reward when you get to the top. The huge outdoor patio is a big bonus!

My sister and I rented Christine's townhouse to celebrate my 50th birthday. I also took my 14yr old daughter and her friend along for a relaxing week at the beach. As soon as we walked through the door we felt right at home. Christine's place has a nice feel to it. The premises consists of the entire half of the third floor. Out front you have a nice view of the beach from the balcony. The little table she has set up with an umbrella is great for eating lunch or breakfast. The beach is one quick walk across the street. Parking is not an issue, as you are assigned 2 gated parking spaces. With the beach as crowded as it gets, this is a major plus. She has bikes for you to use for enjoyable rides along the strand. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. If you want to go out to eat, there are restaurants close by. We had a short bicycle ride to the pier but it would be a nice little walk also. We also enjoyed fires at night. A fire pit is located in the back of the townhouse which runs the full length of the back of the building. Both bedrooms have their own access to the patio. We felt we had a lot of privacy. I recommend this rental, both thumbs up. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we can get back another summer. Thanks so much Christine!!

Great place, Great location! I went down with myself and 3 teens and could not have been happier! The condo's layout is perfect. The balcony extends the whole unit and each bedroom as well as living room has access to it. This is where we spent the majority of time when not right across the street at beach! Very comfortable and wonderful ocean breezes. The pier where the girls liked to hang out was just a short stroll and very safe. Christine was extremely nice and easy to get in touch with, when I had a question. The complex is very quiet and friendly, Meet a couple of the neighbors and they were great! Even dried a few of my clothing items I accidently left in washer and brought up to me. The girls and I would definetly return and stay there and I highly reccommend to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!!! The photos and listing description were very accurate and there were no surprises when we got there.....It was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Great location, near the beach, Redondo Harbor, Hermosa Pier and nightlife, and a short bike ride to Manhattan Beach. The outdoor patio area was so inviting that we spent the majority of our time outside. The first day we rode bikes all the way to Marina del Rey and had a blast! The owner was always available when we had questions and I would highly recommend this property to my friends!!!!

Me and a friend travelled to Hermosa Beach for the month of July this past summer. This condo was perfect in every way. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the condo and all of the amenities. This condo is truly spectacular and it's location is ideal, just minutes from the pier and steps away from the beach. Just minutes away are fantastic restaurants, nightclubs bars and surfing! The condo is also in a very central location in Los Angeles and made it easy for us to travel to other parts of LA. The condo has a fantastic kitchen which made it easy to cook, we made great use of the bbq located on the deck! Both bedrooms were very spacious and accommodating. It was like we were staying at a home away from home, this condo contained anything and everything you need to have a great vacation including everything you need to have fun on the beach! Any concerns we had were quickly addressed by the condo owner who made our trip a truly memorable one! We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this fantastic place and will definitely be back in the near future!

I My husband and I stayed here for a week while attending my Nephew’s Graduation and visiting Family. We have two well-mannered dogs that always travel with us, and have rented numerous places in California, so we are very particular about the places we rent! This Condo is all alone on the top-floor (third floor) of a Building one block from the Beach. It is private, comfortable and has two underground private parking spaces that are included. Anyone traveling in Southern California should take note and stay here! Why stay at a Hotel where you pay for limited living space, only get a tiny balcony, expensive nightly parking rates and ridiculous taxes and fees? Renting a Vacation Home can be a mystery to some,( like my Sister who never rented a private home before) she came by and asked how we ‘got inside’. I told her it varies…some properties are professionally managed and we get a lockbox code to use upon arrival or an Owner will meet us there with keys. For our stay, Christine was extremely efficient and professional with our transaction. Christine met us right on time, gave us the keys, garage remote, showed us where the bikes were stored, where to find a few things inside the place and was on her way. It was perfect! This place is quiet, clean and comfortable, you will thoroughly enjoy it as we did. It was well stocked with the basics, including paper goods and soaps. In addition, luxury bedding and anple supply of fresh towels and beach gear. One of the best white sandy beaches around is only a block away, and you can pretty much walk anywhere. We rode the bikes and walked our Dogs along The Strand. Situated close enough to the Piers, Restaurants and Shops, but far enough away from any traffic noise. Book this place, and you too will have a fabulous stay! We will return here to enjoy Hermosa again- Thank you Christine!

We had a wonderful spring break here and enjoyed the close walk to the beach, restaurants nearby, and comfortable home to relax in. Property was clean, well maintained, and the gated-garage parking was really convenient! We really enjoyed the outside large patio space with comfortable furniture and a fire pit in the table. We would recommend this property to anyone!

This condo was perfect and everything we expected and more. Great location for beach, restaurants, shopping, pier - all in walking distance. Neat, clean, comfortable, well-kept and had everything we could possibly need. Loved the large patios. Our 4 year old had plenty of room to ride his bike around both sides of patio so he was very happy and we didn't have to worry about his safety. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing on the patio or walking to one of many restaurants down the block or by the pier. We would recommend this place to anyone and we hope to make it back there again some day. Christine was great to work with.

GORGEOUS HERMOSA HIDEAWAY The lovely pictures of this unit are really accurate -- except it's even CLOSER to the beach than it appears! Total privacy -- it's on the third floor, accessible by an outdoor staircase -- the whole top of the building is yours alone,and there is NO traffic noise!!! (I enjoyed the sound of mourning doves somewhere nearby)...The terrace is the whole length of the condo, with BBQ and Firepit and seating area! The neighbours on the lower two floors are very friendly, but not at all noisy. The ceilings are really high, and each room is so bright and airy -- we didn't even need to use the a/c. TVs in every room, internet use, 2 bathrooms -- what more could you need? Our family (2 adults, 2 younger adults)spent 7 wonderful days over the July 4th holiday. We felt at home IMMEDIATELY -- the owner is a lovely lady, and she met us there as soon as our flight came in, and it was the smoothest transaction immaginable! There are TWO private gated parking spots, which was great for when our guests visited. The condo is on a main (but not noisy) street, so street parking is next to impossible -- what a great perk! Hermosa is a lovely beach town -- sophisticated but NOT pretentious -- good mix of young people, middle agers and young families -- everyone laid back and friendly and happy to tell you all about the town they are so proud to live in. The beach is immaculate and HUGE -- and there are lifeguard stations. I booggie-boarded for the first time and felt like a kid again! Bicycles are even provided for a lovely ride along the strand! Hermosa has many boutiques and restaurants well within walking distance from the condo, and even a 24 hour VON's grocery store and a pharmacy. Especially enjoyed JITTERS cafe -- great coffee, wonderful breakfast lunch and dinner -- only a block away (name may be changed soon -- ask the condo owner for directions). And Mickey's just down the road from Jitters is a very friendly little deli for supplies or pizza etc. The condo is a great location for day-trips -- we spent time in L.A., Hollywood and Beverly Hills -- very accessible -- But it's a welcome relief to return "home" to peaceful Hermosa after the busy L.A. freeways, and enjoy an evening BBQ on your private terrace! I would recommend this condo as a perfect and very safe home away from home, and infinitely better than staying in a boring and confining hotel room!!! Rented this property for a week in June. It was great and Christine was great to work with on fine tuning details. Property has all the amenities of home and was very comfortable and the location served us well. Will stay again in future.
