The house and the community offer an unforgettable experience that can be found only in the area of Camden/Rockport/ Lincolnville/Rockland, otherwise known as The Real Maine. With Camden and Rockland just a couple miles away, Rockport indeed lives up to the name, The Jewel of the Maine Coast.
The gourmet kitchen is a culinary delight. All kitchenware provided. However, if cooking is not your focus, there are many dining establishments in the area. With tastes ranging from fine dining, to lobster pounds, to pubs, to casual fare, the midcoast abounds with numerous dining opportunities.
The open-concept living room is spacious and light filled with doors that open to a delightful outdoor sitting area; a great spot to linger on Adirondack chairs and enjoy a morning coffee, a BBQ, or afternoon cocktails. A back-yard deck overlooks a beautiful perennial garden. Colorful flowers adorn both sides of the granite steps that lead you through a charming arbor and into a spacious upper yard.
There are two bedrooms, upstairs, each with a queen-sized bed and memory foam mattress. They share a charming, comfortable bath with a tub/shower. Plenty of luxury linens and towels provided.
The well-stocked library of books can supply you with hours of pleasure reading!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$1200/week ..May through Sept. Off season approx $950 wk.
Additional cost for 3 or 4 adults per week.
Per diem cost for overnight guest.
No children. No smoking. No pets. Strictly enforced.
Security/damage deposit required.
Lease agreement will be emailed to you to be filled out and returned with deposit.
Your reservation is held upon receipt of deposit.
