3rd Floor Corner unit offers great Ocean views from the Living room, Master Suite, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Balcony. The Master Suite has a picture window that views north at the Cocoa Beach Pier in addition to the Door Wall that faces the Ocean. Perfectly located between the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jons. The complex is within walking distance to may great restaurants! Close to many local attractions including Kennedy Space Center & Port Canaveral and only an hour from all the Disney & Universal Parks in Orlando. This spacious and comfortable 1,236 square foot condo will be the perfect place for your vacation or winter home. Wireless internet is included in this unit.
Two bedrooms have King beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has views of the Ocean. There also is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
The HEATED pool is beautifully landscaped and is a great escape from the Ocean when a little more privacy is desired. Daily Room Service is available is desired. Cost is based upon services provided, please contact me for information.

We loved it. Perfect spot right on the ocean. Views from the huge deck of the pier and ocean was spectacular. We brought ourselves and my sons family (6) total and had plenty of room in the three bedrooms. Condo was clean and appreared to have new flooring throughout. Spacious living room with a flat screen tv. Swimming pool was always clean and warm. Best place to eat was on the pier (friday night is lobster night and you could get one for $10), really cool atmosphere. The pier was well within walking distance. Walking back after dinner with the family skimming the waves was memorable. Highly recommend and we will be back.

I had the privilege of staying at this lovely direct oceanfront condo vacation rental in late October and early November. The owners recently made several upgrades to the property including beautiful new sandstone flooring throughout, new bathroom fixtures, a balcony fan and new closet doors. The unit is freshly painted and well maintained. The interior furnishings carry out the wonderful beach theme. The mornings and evenings were my favorite times at this rental unit. A glass of wine on the balcony in the evenings was a wonderful way to reflect on the day, as I watched the cruise ships leave Port Canaveral. The view was simply breathtaking. There was a lot of activity to watch on the beach, but the unit was quiet and a great location for rest and relaxation. In addition, there is a beautiful, heated courtyard pool in the complex. The well landscaped pool area has both shaded and sunny areas. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. There were great restaurants and plays to attend in nearby Cocoa Village and Melbourne. I had a difficult time fitting all of the fun activities in my week long stay. The hosts were helpful and provided wonderful customer service. I had an outstanding stay. Thanks again !!

Sorry I have not written this review earlier. As you may know, terrible things have happened in Norway. The country is grieving. We all enjoyed our stay in this condoe. The pool was perfect, so clean. Staying so close to the beach was just perfect, for us with to children. The balcony with the ocean view was just what we were looking for. Celebrating July4th here was amazing with the fireworks. The kitchen was - in my point of view, very old and oldfashioned. Never seen a compactor before. We did not cook, we ate in restaurants. The bathrooms were also very old.We had lot of space and that was good. The cleaning was not the best. We vacumed hundreds of dead flies from under/behind the blind folders. The sheets felt sandy when we arrived. The parasols were broken, so was the binoculars.The telephone did not work. My cousin in Rockledge lent me her cellphone so we not had to pay so much for calling to one another. The location close to the beach is absolutely perfect. We visited Disney, Sea World, Brevard Zoo, The Dinosaur Museum, took the Airboat. Spent lot of time on the beach and in Cocoa Village where we have been several times earlier. This was our fourth stay here, but the first time we rented. Always stayed with relatives earlier. The owner of this condoe is a very nice man. He has been extremely helpful and understanding.

Family of 4, rented for a mid April week. We couldn't have been happier. Downside items were a few (very) minor maintenance items and a new rule closing the pool at dusk - right when the kids wanted to swim after dinner. Upside, well, too many to list. Owners were easy to contact, we had tons of space, plenty of amenities including soaps, detergents, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the beach. The kids are still asking when we will go back. For the grownups, an idyllic beachfront balcony, with view of Canaveral AF Station, and close to everything we could want made the experience perfect. Strongly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Four family members recently met here for about a week. We loved the location and the facility as a whole. This corner condo had awesome views and could be a lovely place. However, it is in much need of TLC. Stained carpets, old toaster and coffee maker, sliding doors that really don't slide due to wear and tear, etc. Or biggest concern was with an electrical issue in the wall between the bedroom and living room. It continually flickered and went out. Resetting the breaker did not fix the problem. I called the owner several times and was assured it would be fixed but was not. I would not recommend this condo unless you are prepared to deal with these continual frustrations. With a little attention, this could be a real gem!

We loved the place. Perfect location, it's next to Ron Jon surf shop and you can also walk to the pier. The view from the living room and the master bedroom is stunning and the sea is really close. beautiful sunrises. With full moon at night, it was magical. The condo is spacious, and comfortable. The place is very quiet. We had a fantastic vacation with our teenager kids, visiting the parks in Orlando, the cape Kennedy center and surfing in front of the condo.

This condo is an amazing rental -- the best my family and I have ever encountered! The owners take GREAT CARE of the space and it shows -- from the moment we walked in, the environment was VERY clean, homey, and relaxing. And quite spacious! The space itself is bigger than the pictures show -- the living/dining area is quite large, and the master bedroom has a bathroom, closet, sink/beauty area, and extra storage/linen closet. The bedroom with king-size bed also has a bathroom in it, which is spacious. The bedroom with the queen-sized bed has a huge closet full of beach chairs, toys, etc. -- all in fantastic shape! Overall, the bathrooms were meticulously clean, which I think is important to note. The kitchen has all the amenities needed (coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc.) -- all in fantastic shape also -- and the washer/dryer is a major bonus!!! The property overall was in solid condition too --- the pool (and surrounding area) is immaculately clean. The beach is steps away, as is Ron Jon Surf Shop, CVS, grocers, restaurants, mini-golfing, etc. You could walk to Ron Jon in about 10 minutes. The owner of the condo proved to be very CONSIDERATE, RESOURCEFUL, TIMELY, SWEET, and FLEXIBLE. He cares a great deal about ensuring that his condo is a source of relaxation for those who rent it. I honestly have no negative remarks to make -- our family really lucked out in this find.
