Entertainment is bountiful in Orange beach, Gulf shores and the surrounding areas. This home is located in a small neighborhood with little to no traffic and still has easy access to the beaches, shopping, golf, and other activities to be enjoyed while in the Orange beach area.
Professionally decorated 4 suites/3 bathroom Bay Front home located 1.5 mile from the Wharf in Orange Beach and 3 miles from the Beach. Everything is so close by and convenient. Our immaculate home was designed to welcome everyone. The elevator makes it easy to transport your luggage and groceries. We have thought of every detail to make your vacation enjoyable and stress free. We provide several amenities for children such as a Playstation plus games.
The adults fare even better. We have just completely redecorated the house to provide more amenities and comfort. We have plenty of sitting space in the living room to enjoy our brand new 42” Hi-Def LCD TV. The kitchen is fully accessorized with brand new dinnerware, a full set of pots/pans, and all the accessories needed in a completely stocked kitchen. We also have an ice maker and an array of small appliances will make your stay easy and convenient
Our four suites will allow you to enjoy much deserved rest after a full day at the beach. You will be pampered by our new (6-08) plush mattresses and 450 thread count 100% cotton sheets. Our sleeping arrangements are flexible and will work for most groups, we have: 1 king size beds, 3 queen size beds, 3 twins, and a sleeper. Three bedrooms feature a flat screen LCD TV.
Although a captivating and relaxing home like ours is all you need to hang out with family and friends, we understand that sometimes turning off completely is not possible. Bearing that in mind we also offer you with Wireless High Speed Internet.
To top it off, the proximity with the water will allow you to relax and marvel over the simple pleasures of children’s laughter, friends’ chatter and the dolphin choreography you can often observe from our Bay Front decks. Your vacation at Orange Beach will be unforgettable!

Why the Owner Chose Homes, Single Family
I looked for a home in the Orange Beach area beacause of the beautiful white beaches, the fishing, and the surrounding communities. I chose this particular house due to its location, veiw and the boat dock.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The best part of our home is its location. It is off the main drag, low volume street traffic, yet convenient to everything. We also enjoy the pool, the neighbors and the comfort of the house itself. It has that "home" feeling.
The Wharf is a great place to visit. includes a marina, shopping, restaurants,coffee shops,movie theatre, outdoor concert arena, zz top/steve miller/kidd rock/sugarland/widespread panic, to name a few
A great little restaurant we love to eat at. The sandwiches are great and so is the sushi
Probably the best tackle shop in town. They have all the supplies from equipment to bait, live and frozen. Open's very early but closes around 5pm. Also great place for T-shirts, deck shoes, drinks, etc...

I really didn't mind the un-announced Realtor showing, or the 2 subsequent realtor visits. I could live with the fact that the attached unit was ground level, had bad mildew, and had already been occupied by a frog and lizard. Toilet paper and soap would have been nice, but we can provide our own. But PLEASE do not list the home as having broadband and wifi when it has neither. Then don't tell me you will credit us for the inconvenience and then not do so. My wife is enrolled in online classes, and I needed to keep in touch with work matters. It was a nice home with a beautiful view, but if I had it to do over; I would have gone elsewhere.

Home was well appointed. The view was incredible. The lift was very handy for loading and unloading. The pool was perfect. The only draw back, I didn't catch any fish for dinner-but there were lots of great places to go out to eat. Gulf Shores offers a wide selection of family friendly activities. I would recommend this home to all my friends and famiily.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
