Thanks for your interest in our Port Aransas beach condo. We're the owners, Daryl and Karen, and have two sons, Aaron and Ryan. We live in Austin - about a 4 hour drive to the beach. We love the idea of guests enjoying our condo as much as we do so we offer it for lease through our onsite management team at the Mayan Princess. You can call them directly to check availability and make reservations. Ask for UNIT #210. We sincerely hope you will enjoy your stay.
Why the Owner Chose Port Aransas
We love the prime location our condo. It overlooks all three pools and offers a gorgeous Gulf waters view. All the rooms are located on one level so no climbing stairs. We're located very close to the elevator and have an open balcony at our front door and private balcony off the living room.

Our guests enjoy the two private bedrooms, 2 full baths with all the comforts of home. We are one of few condo resorts with pool and Gulf views. Our resort has a private boardwalk to the beach.
