This freshly painted (August, 2010), beautiful, new bayfront condo (seventh floor) affords a delightful holiday experience. From the wrap-around Gulf and Intracoastal views, to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to the luxuriously appointed bedrooms (Tommy Bahama, Ralph Loren, Laura Ashley), this condo has it all. Beautiful, new artwork was added in August, 2010. We supply Wi-Fi as well as local and long distance telephone service. The living room has a 50 inch plasma TV. Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV as well. An iPod docking station is included in the living room. A full size washer and dryer are provided within the condo. All paper products, soaps, coffee, tea, sugar, sweeteners, creamers and spices are included.
The Harborview Grande is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach-- which holds the Florida record for the most days of sunshine per year--361! It is a few steps from the world famous sugar sand beaches and a short walk from famous Pier 60, with almost nightly viewings of the most beautiful and dramatic sunsets in the world. Restaurants, shopping, all water activities, including dolphin watching, dinner cruises, two casino cruises daily, pirate ship cruising, Jet-Skiing, windsurfing, parasailing and deep sea fishing, are within a short walking distance from the condo. Fishing from the Harborview Grande pier is allowed as well. Miniature golf is across the street. This family friendly beach community, a marvelous spot for a destination wedding, has interests and fun for the youngest to the oldest family member!
The Harborview Grande was built in 2006. This spacious unit is 1824 square feet. It boasts ten foot ceilings and a huge private balcony (400 sq. ft.) that is accessible from the living room and king bedroom. All three bedrooms are large, and each one enjoys gorgeous, non-restricted views of the bay or the gulf.
This particular condo provides first rate amenities and comfort to guests. Be prepared for breathtaking views of both sunrises and sunsets from this unit and from the balcony as well. Enjoy the almost daily sight of dolphins splashing among and around the boat docks just under the balcony! Come have a spectacular holiday in this condo with top of the line everything.
A heated bayside pool and spa nestled in gorgeous tropical plantings add to the elegance and enjoyment of this condo experience. The condo boasts a poolside cabana (one of only ten in the building) replete with beach umbrellas and chairs, air mattresses, noodles, children's surfboards, sand pails and shovels--all for a fun-filled pool and beach experience. Under-building parking (with coded gates) is convenient and close to the elevator. Entrance to the building is password specific for your safety. The condo's front door has a coded entry for your safety as well. Come to the Harborview Grand and luxuriate in this "something for everyone" 7th floor condo.
Other notes of interest:
The Harborview Grande has a party/events room containing a pool table, bar, conversation sofas and chairs and a large screen TV. This venue is available to guests of the condo.
The Tampa Bay area is home to baseball spring training teams, including the New York Yankees, the Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays and the Tampa Bay Rays. These teams and others play during the spring in the Grapefruit League at various stadiums throughout the area. Tickets are usually readily available.
A festival on Pier 60 is held every Thursday through Monday to celebrate the magnificent sunsets! You can watch jugglers, magicians and musicians. View and buy gifts from artists and crafts people.
A regularly scheduled trolley serves Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and downtown Clearwater for your convenience.

- All leather living room furniture was purchased in January, 2009. The condo was re-painted in August, 2011. Beautiful new artwork is featured throughout. Ralph Loren beach towels are provided. In the poolside cabana (one of only ten in the building) are: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, inflatable air mattresses, noodles, children's surfboards, sand pails, shovels and beach toys for young children. An iron, full-sized ironing board and hair dryer and two curling irons are provided. All paper products, coffee, creamers, sugar, sweeteners and spices are included. There is an on-site party room containing a pool table, large screen TV, game tables and bar area, for special events. Carpet in condo bedrooms (rest of condo is tile) is professionally cleaned every three months.

Why the Owner Chose Harborview Grande
Having lived in London and the NYC area, location is extremely important to us. We wanted to be near a large metro area with all the amenities such a place can provide, and Tampa Bay is that place. We also wanted to be right on the water, and our balcony and Clearwater Beach itself is perfect! The area, as a total, is a complete winner.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Harborview Grande is in the middle of everything on the beach, including terrific restaurants, shopping and Pier 60. The views of the gulf and bay are wonderful from our condo. The beach community is amazingly kid-friendly — and friendly to everyone. The Tampa Bay area provides the best of everything, including theater, dining, music , shopping, sports, to mention just a few. The entire area is splendid in general, and Clearwater Beach with all its amenities is fantastic in particular.

Hello! We are Norman and Nancy Stewart, owners of this condo in the gorgeous Harborview Grande. Our home is in the St. Louis area, but we try to get to Clearwater Beach as often as possible. Norman was a university president for a number of years. He now runs his own higher education consulting firm which takes him all over the world. Nancy was a university professor of education and now writes children’s books full time. Her children's picture books, "Sea Turtle Summer" and "Bella Saves the Beach," will be published in March, 2011. Nancy has just finished a children's book about the Horizon Deepwater gulf oil spill titled, "One Pelican at a Time," which has been on Amazon's Bestsellers for 13 weeks. Happily, the gulf spill has not affected the Tampa Bay area. Nancy loves getting inspiration walking on the sugar sand beach and writing on the balcony. In fact, the inspiration for these books came directly from early morning walks on the beautiful sand of Clearwater Beach! It is our hope that you find the comfort, happiness and serenity that we do in this beautiful place called Clearwater Beach.

This is certainly a high class apartment and although you have expectations through reading other reviews and looking at the photos you have to judge for yourself but for us they were more than met and exceeded. Payment and key collection were well organised and the apartment has a feel that it has been lived in and well looked after with quality furnishing and lots of incidental nice touches too numerous to describe. One most helpful feature was the log of local information including places to eat, which helped us find Bobby's Bistro where the Boursin burger lived up to it's recommendation and the Clearskye Cafe with it's fabulous breakfasts.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed at several condos in our many visits to the Gulf Coast, and yours was rated #1! Supplying beach towels and beach chairs was wonderful. Staying here couldn't have been more convenient and relaxing - just what we needed. We loved the balcony - glorious view! What a treasure you have shared with us! The condo is just beautiful, perfectly appointed and we felt at home immediately. I doubt if there is a more beautiful view of bridge, bay, beach and skyline anywhere in Clearwater. So relaxing! We hate to leave and go back to the work-world, but we shall return! Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to rent your beautiful condo for the week. We appreciated how accommodating and flexible you were. It was nice to have all the extra amenities that were provided. All of your efforts created a home away from home feeling. It was nice to stay in a clean and well-maintained unit, especially since we were condo-bound the last three days with sick little ones. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, watching the dolphins from the balcony, and even seeing a rainbow from the balcony after a rain shower in the evening.
