I just completed two weeks at this wonderful condo. The location was perfect and the view spectacular. I found the unit to be extremely clean and very well stocked. I can't wait to come back to Clearwater Beach and will hope that the same unit is available for rental. The management service was extremely polite and helpful. Our tv controller needed new batteries and while we were talking to the management company, we were cut off. The gentlemen we were talking to got in his car and within 10 minutes he was there, replaced the batteries and made sure all was working well. This was on a Sunday morning; I think this was above and beyond for great service!

This was the most awesome condo, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we opened the door we just said OMG. We were visiting Clearwater Beach to visit our sister. The description is absoutly accurate and more. The wine and choclates were such a special touch to our greeting. The condo was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. There were four of us so space was grand and the balcony view was so relaxing to sit out and enjoy our wine at night. The trolly stop out front was so convenient for us to take a ride into downtown Clearwater Beach. We did most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen, only eating out twice during our visit. Breakfast at Maggie Mae's and dinner at the ( Bonefish Grille? in Harbor Bluffs. You must try the Creme Broulitte French Toast at Maggie Mae's, there is one just down the street from the condo and I'm sure the menu must be the same.Please forgive spelling errors! The rental company was very easy to deal with which was greatly appreciated, I would not hestitate to use their services again. I would go back in a heartbeat if time allowed and condo was available. As you will notice, their calendar is full for the next several months, I'm not at all surprised that so many visitors would not want to take advantage of this beautiful home away from home. I had the most awesome oppurtunity to stay in Clearwater Beach in the best location you could possably be at...eye view from the beach & walk across the street for entertainment , lunch, supper or breakfast...take a ride where ever you want to go right in front of your condo & ...the most beautiful building in the area...the most awsome place to stay & the best person to work with that I have experienced in my travels...this is the place to stay if you want acess to everything..from clearwater beach to Indian Rocks to Johnny's Pass......the views were wonderful from the 7th floor, viewing the beach, the pier, the bridge to clearwater, sunsets, sunrises & beautiful lights at night & dolphins during the day &... the huge... outdoor seating is outstanding.....I cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality they showed...& anyone trying to make a decision where to stay in clearwater beach....this is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!On a personal note THANK YOU NANCY!!! & I continue to wish you well & hope life is treating you to the best!!!!!!!!!!!

This is certainly a high class apartment and although you have expectations through reading other reviews and looking at the photos you have to judge for yourself but for us they were more than met and exceeded. Payment and key collection were well organised and the apartment has a feel that it has been lived in and well looked after with quality furnishing and lots of incidental nice touches too numerous to describe. One most helpful feature was the log of local information including places to eat, which helped us find Bobby's Bistro where the Boursin burger lived up to it's recommendation and the Clearskye Cafe with it's fabulous breakfasts.

What a WONDERFUL Holiday Experience!

We travelled with three adults and two children and we had the experience of a lifetime! The condo was just how we expected it to be from the description and photos. We experienced a wonderful after lunch show off the balcony with five dolphins playing and feeding. It was a memorable experience to say the least! We found that there was so much to do without even getting into your car for the entire family. A short walk to the beach and Pier 60. At Pier 60 there a a family park and blow-up slides which the children can keep return to throughout the day. Directly across the road the the Holiday Inn there is a very good restaurant called Jimmy's Fish House; also included is live entertainment and it's right on the ocean. The pool was nice with a hot tub and washrooms on site. The condo had everything that you needed; it truly was a home away from home!!! Just wanted to say that you have a fantastic luxury apartment. The view from the balcony is spectacular. (We even saw a dolphin playing in the sea from the balcony.) The apartment is clean spacious and well furnished to a very high standard. Its the small touches that make you feel welcome, such as the bottle of wine and chocolates that were left by Nancy on our arrival. Security for parking and entrance to the apartment block is good. There are some good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, we particularily liked Ceasars Italian restaurant. The weather was a little disappointing but would deffinitely like to return in the future. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

We have stayed at several condos in our many visits to the Gulf Coast, and yours was rated #1! Supplying beach towels and beach chairs was wonderful. Staying here couldn't have been more convenient and relaxing - just what we needed. We loved the balcony - glorious view! Thanks for all the work you've put into provididng a great place for a vacation!

Just wanted to say what a fantastic condo you have and would like to thank you for renting this out to us. Everything was simply perfect, so clean and spacious and we fell in love with Clearwater itself. Your condo is definitely out of this world.! We have left a note in your guest book but really wanted to thank you so very much. We would recommend your condo to anyone. Indeed if we ever go to Florida again, I will definitely be in touch. Also recommend a trip oh the speed boat the 'Sea Screamer' it was fab when we saw the dolphins playing behind the boat.

What a treasure you have shared with us! The condo is just beautiful, perfectly appointed and we felt at home immediately. I doubt if there is a more beautiful view of bridge, bay, beach and skyline anywhere in Clearwater. So relaxing! We hate to leave and go back to the work-world, but we shall return! Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to rent your beautiful condo for the week. We appreciated how accommodating and flexible you were. It was nice to have all the extra amenities that were provided. All of your efforts created a home away from home feeling. It was nice to stay in a clean and well-maintained unit, especially since we were condo-bound the last three days with sick little ones. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, watching the dolphins from the balcony, and even seeing a rainbow from the balcony after a rain shower in the evening. I would highly recommend your condo to anyone interested in staying in Clearwater Beach. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We hope to visit again in the coming years.

This is a great condo in a great location. The 7th floor makes a difference because you are higher than the surrouding buildings. The host/hostess can't be more helpful and gracious. We actually found a welcome note with a bottle of wine and a bag of Swiss chocolate in the kitchen upon arrival! Talking about the kitchen: it is very well equipped. Nancy stocked it so that most of the essential spices are there. Cooks will appreciate this. The beach is 8 min. walk away (we timed it!). Totally beautiful beach. Our favorite hotel the Sand Pearl is about a 15m. walk where there's a great Starbuck. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I had the chance to stay in this beautiful condo last week, and the experience was amazing! The Stewarts take great pride in creating a comfortable environment for their guests, and they even include wonderful little touches such as leaving a welcome sign, a bottle of wine, and a box of truffles on the kitchen counter for arriving guests. The building is only a few years old, and the unit is immaculately clean. One of the best features is the large balcony that has a magnificent vista of the water. What a pleasure to sit out there in the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery and a refreshing ocean breeze! The location also is fantastic in that the beautiful white, sandy beach is only a few hundred yards away, and there is very easy access to many fine restaurants and shops. The overall experience was everything promised on the website and more. I would gladly stay here again in a second. I can't wait to experience Clearwater Beach once again by using this comfortable condo as my home base.

Your condo made it very easy to enjoy our trip! We had tons of fun and made a lot of memories! We drew closer to each other here. Thanks for making it so convenient and easy for us. We swam with dolphins, went deep sea fishing, enjoyed the beach, visited Caladesi Island and loved calling this home for a week.

We have stayed in a number of vacation homes and yours ranked the best. The views are stunning and the proximity to the beach made it a ton of fun. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you decide to eat in. We had a great time vacationing, following our daughter's graduation. Thank you for a very clean, well-furnished home.

We have stayed in many places at Clearwater Beach and Sand Key, but yours has been the cleanest and most accommodating by far! We also spotted the dophins four different times from your luxury balcony (including a school of dolphins). How lucky for us! We hope to be back next year.

We had a great time at this condo in Clearwater Beach, it was like home from home. The place is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The condo has great views of the intercostals waterways and the gulf, gorgeous sunrises, and the owners are great people and very helpful. The condo complex is new, modern and is minutes from the beach and great restaurants, truly a great location for a relaxing vacation. This will definitely be our place of choice when we return to Clearwater Beach.

This is the ultimate "home away from home". From the private parking garage with elevators for ease of access, to the luxurious appointments, the breath-taking views of the harbour, and the bottle of wine and decadant chocolates which "welcomed" us......it was everything and more than we and our family could have ever imagined. Just steps away from the white sand beach, it is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and bars, boating and fishing, and more. Breakfast on the balcony, and a walk on the boardwalk along the beach is a perfect start to the day. After enjoying all that Clearwater Beach and the surrounding area has to offer, the hot tub is the perfect way to relax and unwind before enjoying the evening activities. Our heartfelt "thank you" to the owners for making this vacation a memorable one for our family. We will definitely place this at the top on our list of places to revisit, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the ultimate getaway. Jeff & Sarah

This is a wonderful condo, very beautiful inside and the bay views are spectacular from the large balcony, great for apperativi. We had a great time at the restaurants, bars and white beaches of Clearwater Beach, only a short walk from the flat. The space is full of light and obviously very new with elegantly appointed furniture, three big bedrooms and lots of space. A fanstastic place to spend some time in the sun:)

This condo is great for families. We took our two young daughters with us and they loved their room with the twin beds and their own bathroom. The condo is clean with everything you could imagine you would need. The views are incredible. Sitting on the deck/terrace and watching the water and the boats, was the best. You are so close to the beach and great restaurants. The hospitality is amazing with this condo. We were so pleased and want to visit again!!

We stayed in this condo in Oct.2008 for our daughter's beach wedding. The condo is absolutely beautiful,with ocean or bay views from every window.It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.It is conveniently located very close to restaurants,bars,shopping, etc. The owners are very nice and extremely helpful!!! This is a gorgeous condo situated in a vibrant beach community with sweeping views of the Gulf and especially across the Clearwater Beach harbours. The recently redesigned Clearwater Beach waterfront is beautiful, and great restaurants and bars are within just minutes walking distance. The condo itself is brand new, stylishly appointed, comfortable and very spacious, with a massive balcony situated directly over a tranquil harbour where we frequently saw dolphins playing. The place is magic!
