Enjoy spectacular views and sunsets from this privately-owned 14th floor direct Gulf-front condo in Lighthouse Towers on Sand Key in Clearwater Beach. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room look out onto the Gulf of Mexico, with unbelievable views of the sparkling waters of Clearwater Beach. Watch the dolphins and sailboats from the balcony, which includes a table and high-backed chairs for your dining and viewing pleasure.
Completely furnished including king sized bed with new mattress, walk-in closet, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, with brand-new range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Also included are coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and flatware. A full-size in-unit washer and dryer will handle your laundry needs with ease. Two TV's with cable, including a 37 inch high definition LCD flat screen in the living room, VCR/DVD player, and wireless internet (Wi-Fi) are included in the condo.
Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2010, with luxury finishes sure to make your stay most enjoyable. The second bath also includes a shower for your convenience.
Lighthouse Towers was recently renovated, and is one of the nicest buildings on Sand Key. It features a heated pool, tennis court, jacuzzi, 24-hour security, and an assigned parking space. The beach is beautiful - wide with white sand, and very uncrowded. Two beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are also available at the condo for your use.
Sand Key is consistently rated as one of Florida's top beaches. The location is ideal - you can walk across the street to the Shoppes on Sand Key, where you will find restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores right on the Intracoastal.
We are walking distance to the Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. But the amenities and Gulf views at our condo are unbeatable, and you will pay much less than at either of those nearby resort locations.

I wanted to get a note off to you regarding our two week stay in Clearwater Beach (1/22/11 through 2/5/11) -- We Loved It! Your well appointed condo was great, and in an area we thoroughly enjoyed. We explored between Tarpon Springs and Pass-a-Grille, into Tampa and just about all the back streets of Clearwater Beach. What a great vacation - we ate too much but relaxed more than we ever have in years. We worked our day trips around the weather and most importantly avoided 22 inches of snow fall back home. Your condo was perfect for our needs -- I don't think we closed the door to the balcony for the entire two weeks so we could hear the sound of the surf, We walked the beach daily and regularly shared the pool and hot tub with your neighbors. We look forward to future opportunities to travel to the area and hope to contact you for accommodations. Thanks again!

My Husband and I found this condo about 6-7 yrs ago and have been coming ever since. It is a great location, with tons of excellent restaurants and ammenities near by. The condo is always immaculate and fully stocked just like home. Whether you want to sit on the sand or float in the pool, both are a little slice of heaven. Watch the dolphins swim by or watch the sunset from the incredible balcony view. We can't wait to come back year after year. The owner Mike is very easy to work with keeps the condo in great condition. I will highly reccomend this place to anyone!
