La Casa Rara is the beautiful hill top home of Douglas and Desiree Guth. Because of its hilltop location La Casa Rara is cooled by the almost constant trade winds. It is designed for outdoor living and has a large covered deck with hammocks and a tower view of the Caribbean Sea. It has access to a huge, lovely pool and offers easy access to the beach and to dive shops and fishing boats. Doug and Des and their property manager Tania want you to love the island as much as they do and are committed to your good time.
The Casa Rara is in Sunset Villas, a secure gated community. The beauty of the house lies in the gardens, with tropical flowers and wildlife, the outdoor patio for entertaining or hanging with friends, the comfortable bedrooms (2 in the main house and one in the tower), and proximity to dive shops, restaurants and nightlife. The driveway has off street parking.
