  This property is very special from the beautiful views, wonderful landscaped acreage and spacious facilities that are cleaned to perfection. The owner, well, she is amazing too. She cares more about others than herself. She has been so generous to our organization year after year with her donation of her vacation rental for our Wine Weekend Auction. She is always happy to help and goes the extra mile by stocking the frig with delicious snacks and catering to the guests needs. It is such a privilege to know Trisha. I have never met anyone who pushes themselves as hard as she does. I doubt the public has any idea that she donates her rental 5 times a year to different organizations. She is truly a saint and when you are around her you can't help but be drawn to her. No matter how exhausted she may be, she always has a smile on her face and says, "How may I help you or How are you doing?" She is sincere, warm, welcoming and generous. Truly a roll model for others - I appreciate her so much and I need to say it more. Thank you Trisha - you are an angel!

  This home is just beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice! The house is very spacious, well-appointed and clean with comfortable areas to hang out and relax. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms for large groups of people. We stayed here with 9 people and the house could have accommodated more. The kitchen is the best part. We are a group that loves to cook and the double kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you would ever need and then some! Trisha was so helpful in setting up a private wine tasting and lunch for our group and could not have been a more accommodating, gracious host. We had a wonderful time in this house and would highly recommend it especially if you are looking for a comfortable home for a large group of family and/or friends. Many thanks Trisha for making our stay so nice!!

  I recently stayed at this house for my wedding. I had a small ceremony and reception here. My family and I were very impressed with how beautiful (and clean!) this home was. It had everything you needed to make you feel like you were at your home. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I talked to Trisha several times before I came to stay and she was always very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like some privacy in a beautiful and comfortable home. I thought the pictures of the home were great, but it was still better in person. Thank you Trisha!

  One of the most memorable weekends of my life. My 11 girlfriends and I planned a Walla Walla Wine Weekend for my 50th Birthday. We stay at the All Seasons Five Star Retreat and it was a blast. Trisha the owner/manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. She knew it was my Birthday and had a 18 long stem roses and a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. She gave our group recommendations to make our stay great and she turned us on to some outstanding wineries and restaurants. The house was enormous and there were 9 beds total (we could have brought more girls). The sheets smelled and felt so good and the beds were super comfortable. We made breakfast each morning at the house and it had everything we needed and some. The house sets back on acreage and it was quiet and private. A simply lovely patio area in back. Our group felt at home in the super clean, nicely appointed gem of a property. Trisha's hospitality and helpfulness made our stay extra awesome. We are trying to plan another girl's trip for next year and plan to stay here again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Clean, virtually spotless inside and out. The setting was out of this world with amazing sunsets and moon rises. The owner was very accomodating and so welcoming when we arrived. We just re-booked for the fall and look forward to our return. I saw a negative commit below and the owner gave us 100% privacy and does not live next door, but down the road several miles. We needed help with the DVD player and she came over to show us how to work it and told us where she lived (next to friends of ours). We asked to have a BBQ with 30 friends and were granted permission everyone had a great time and there was plenty of parking in the driveway. Because we left the place in good shape she offered a special reduced rate on our next stay. It is by far the best value in town, an exclusive setting and fabulous accomodations. Sheets and towels smelled so good, complimentary bottled water in the frig was a nice touch, beautiful fresh flowers....what great memories we have from our stay. Thank you Trisha for everything!

  This home provided really great space for us as we were married in Walla Walla. The kitchen was perfect for making large meals and the home had big open spaces. We had a great time in the home all weekend.

  Our extended family stayed in this house for one week and it was wonderful. It's big enough that the different family groups or members could have their own space when they wanted it or all be together when we sat around talking. The place was clean and well cared for and Trisha (the owner/manager)was incredible. The rooms are as pictured except that the pictures don't do them justice. In reality it feels more comfortable than the pictures look. It is inviting and everyone felt very much at home there. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the bedrooms are good sized (the master suite is huge, actually!). The bedrooms have real beds, not just make-shift places to sleep like pull-out couches, etc. The house is in a quiet location and we woke up to birds singing and nothing else. It was really nice. We didn't use the guest house so I have not comments on it. There's a lovely outdoor patio with tables and chairs that isn't pictured but which we enjoyed. The grandkids liked the children's books and stuffed animals. The house rules say "no shoes" which keeps the carpet and wood floors clean and in good condition. Everything looks new. (We brought slippers for those who were uncomfortable barefoot.) No pets and no smoking, so the place doesn't smell nasty. We really enjoyed being there and wanted to reserve it for a few days the next time we were in Walla Walla but it was not available for the dates we needed. I would recommend the home to anyone who wants clean, comfortable, peaceful, spacious, and lovely accomodations!

  Management is completely unprofessional, very rude and inconsiderate. We have rented 3 other homes in Walla Walla all of which were amazing experiences. Management/Owners live next to home and are very unreasonable and "in your business". You do not have privacy with these owners. Also, there are not two master bedrooms - this is completely misleading. Grill and back yard furniture was a mess. Owner expects for you to not only wash dishes but to unload dishwasher before you leave. I have never experienced this before. Areas for gathering are small if you have a large group however, I would never ever recommend this property too many other great choices. Don't allow the headache you will get from dealing with Trisha. Also, your hands become tied when she accuses you of things that you absolutely know are not true and you are in a complete other state. Nobody wants to pursue things legally in a situation like this so it makes it very hard and frustrating. Horrible experience...Many details that I feel need to be left out but just trust me. I am not a typical reviewer but had to warn other potential renters.

  Owner response: Fortunately, 98% of our guests are wonderful and most visit again. We welcome these guests back with open arms and a special discount. It is disappointing (Shannon and Rhonda) that you posted this as I have tried my best to address this horrific experience diplomatically. 1. You had a huge party without permission where over a dozen of your guests parked ON THE FRONT LAWN(on sprinkler heads) and they blocked the neighbors driveways as well - you did not tell us or ask if you could have a party - to avoid the event deposit that everyone else makes. 2. The carpets where just cleaned and ivory when you checked in - they were light brown when you left from all the people that were in and out of the property for your extremely large event. 3. I only stopped by because the neighbors called to complain and I offered a refund if you would please leave - you offered to comply and asked to stay - which we graciously allowed. I asked to meet with you prior to you heading back to Texas but your refused to meet with us. 4. You avoided our standard check in procedure because you wanted to sneak in your large dog as we do not allow dogs in this property. 5. However, the most upsetting was when you took the decorative sports memorabilia from the bonus room and had the audacity to wear it. 6. The BBQ grill was brand new. 7. You left dirty dishes scattered around the house - we do ask our guests to do their dishes and all guest in the last 4 years - except for your group.

  Our family has been coming to the Valley for the last 7 years. We have rented a number of large vacation rentals. The ALL SEASONS FIVE STAR RETREAT is truly Five Star Accomodations. It is by far the cleanest rental!! The owner was gracious and accomodating and greeted us when we finally arrived. My jaw dropped when we walked through the front door - AMAZING. The house has everything you could ever need (except for food - which isn't supplied anyway) but there was a huge variety of cooking oils and spices and every kind of cooking utensil and dish imaginable. The house has 6 bedrooms and small sunroom converted into a 7th bedroom. Our family loved this huge estate and we have already booked our return visit next year. The owner also gave us a special "great guest" discount on our return booking because we left the kitchen like we found it. I never write reviews online, but we were so impressed and appreciative that we just had to express our gratitude. The All Seasons Five Star Retreat should charge a lot more per night compared to what we have rented in the past! Thank you Trisha for providing such a beautiful rental and thank you for the welcome gifts you left us.

  This property was beautiful. Had the wedding the middle of Septemeber. Wedding in front yard, reception in the rear. Beautiful views (not just my daughter..lol), of the mountains and the home. Our wedding guests numbered close to 250, so there was ample space, and the owners were very accomodating with helping us to find parking in the lot directly across the road, within steps of the wedding site. We had the groomsmen all stay at the house the night before, and all the wedding party stayed the night of the wedding, and that was a total of 16 of them....and it worked out perfectly! This home is immaculate and had plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. We even made use of the "mother-in-law suit" in the back for the DJ to stay. You can't find a more elegantly simple location with the greatest owners to work with!
